In the end, he took him to the test location then denied to give his car. Even tho my father practiced on that car with him, he couldn't arrange any car in last minute, and ended up failing the test. And in the end he complained that the person could not understand english and can't drive etc. Then why he didn't tell this before in all the 6 classes, he just completed them and then didn't care if we passed or not. Never take their service, also not cooperative with class schedules. He comes on his own time!

Her instructor, Steve, was absolutely wonderful, patient, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. We had a small hiccup along the way, but the receptionist (I wish I remembered her name!) handled it quickly and resolved everything in no time. One instructor was a fat Hispanic woman who kept hitting me every time I made a mistake. Another was an old woman who kept criticizing every mistake I made.
