While having my Tahoe literally all day, from 6am to at least 3pm with zero communications I finally called them to be told "I don't know" when asked the status of my vehicle. Furthermore, Tom said he hadn't received the analysis report from the mechanic. Well maybe Tom, you should have at least taken the time to contact them for you paying costumer, but instead he said "I DON'T KNOW" WTF?! We rely on having two vehicles!!! It wasn't until the following late morning Tom called me and again seemed soooo disgruntled and miserable. Like he absolutely hates his job! Or maybe talking to costumers! Either way they did NOT do the work, we took our vehicle elsewhere. As we will plan on doing in the future. Tom, you need to probably find a different job with zero interaction with people.

I purchased a car there yesterday. I'm fine with the price of the car that we came to an agreement…read moreon. I'm not thrilled with the finance team. I have a credit score over 800. I was quoted an interest rate of 7.39% from Mike Carroll the business manager. I asked him how many points that would pay him on the deal. He said it would pay one point. (1% of the cost of the car...) I asked to see that in writing. 30 seconds later he shows me a piece of paper that shows that a 7.39% interest rate would pay him 3 points. a 6.39 % rate would pay him 1%. Now the car was 13K so the monthly payment wouldn't change a whole lot. The problem is that Mike Carroll lied right to my face. He gave me a line that the rate was automatically generated. Amazingly, I got the 6.39% interest rate within a few minutes of him originally quoting me 7.39% Also, the car I purchased did not come with a warranty. Mike said I could get a three year 36K warranty for just under $4000. After a little discussion, I said I would pass. He typed on his keyboard for a second then told me I could get the same warranty for about $3500. After a little more discussion, I declined. He then said he would get "a slap on the hand for doing this" but could offer the exact same warranty for $3100. In under three minutes, the warranty dropped $1000. No way was I going to buy this from him. I'm not sure what his commission would have been, but I don't think it would have been deserved for the 20 minutes of his time he gave me. I get that no one works for free but I found this pretty crappy.

The same vehicle that I drove there and dropped off without issue is now totaled. Terrible customer service and shady business. I asked what was done to the vehicle while it was there because it ran perfect when I dropped it off, and nobody can give me any answer. I have repeatedly called and been told I would receive a call back from the service manager Danny and he never calls. I will be taking this up with BBB and small claims court I guess.
