He was such a pleasure speaking with and asked can I answer any questions for you, so we walked out to discuss a few things including price and I was quite impressed with his interest in my decision to make the right choice. As I was leaving I couldn't hardly wait to show these boats to my wife and son. When I returned the following the following week Jess had just left but Ron Lees was in and greeted us kindly. After explaining my previous visit with Jess, he was so friendly and eager to help us with the questions we had. I have already been looking at pricing prior to coming but we wanted to sit down and talk about a realistic cost with everything included, fees and any other additional cost, we were given a price that was far less than I expected and some extra items we included as well so we had decided and agreed on the purchase. These two were absolutely sincere, did everything they said they would and made the entire process a real pleasure. This is not a minor administrative inconvenience\. Proper registration documentation is essential for me to legally operate my boat and avoid unnecessary problems with law enforcement or maritime authorities\. I want to emphasize that my complaint is **not regarding the salesperson**, who provided excellent service and went above and beyond during the purchase\.
