It's really a well oiled machine. They have running there . Extremely busy for a Saturday but everything went so smoothly and the customer service was outstanding. We arrived at 1pm and our boat was ready shortly after , we did not wait better long at all. The guy who got it ready for us cleaned it off, helped us on the boat, made sure there was everything we needed. He was so nice and welcoming. And he was the same person who also helped guide us in at the end of the day. This made me want to be apart of a boat club just with how well everything was handled especially on a busy Saturday.

The previous gave up on trying to repair my boat. I call Smilin Jack Marine and explained the issues with my boat. They offered to try to help me get my boat back in the water. Because of the money that I was spending on this my wife and kids left me. But I was too far in to just walk away from trying to the repair my boat. After two months at Smilin Jacks Marine my boat was ready to be picked up. I knew I was going to a lot of money for the repairs that was done. When I received the total bill, I could've kissed every employee in mouth. The repairs were half of what I expected to pay.
