Unprofessional and near assault, over a lighter and a complaint. There is a dramatic lack of customer service, overall management and operation of this store. I always have to contact customer service and get a credit. It is nice I can get a credit, but on top of the lengthy time you have to search for relevant digital coupons, it is annoying you have to spend more time contacting customer service to fix their mistakes. Produce is often sketchy at this location too. With bad spots, rotten produce amongst the fresh, and produce that never ripens, or goes bad within a day or two of bringing it home. Items are frequently out of stock. Both sale items and regular items. Employees can rarely be found, except the ones that are shopping for customers and they don't want to answer your questions because they have to shop in a specific amount of time and get on to the next customer they are shopping for. Shelves are dirty frequently. I reported a shelf as sticky 4 weeks in a row and it never got cleaned. I gave up reporting it. But this store is better than the really overpriced one down the street and is really the only other one in the area. So I continue to go.

There is ample parking in the parking lot, when you enter someone's always there to say hello and it's my recommendation that you accept their offer to help you find what you're looking for... at least the first few times until you get your footing.
