First, the way this company responds to reviews it doesn't like is very unprofessional…read more If I could give a zero star rating I would. When I called to inquire about Bartlett Towing's involvement with ICE the office personnel hung up on me twice and then logged my number rather than having a civil conversation. Then, when I left a review regarding my experience, Brandon, an employee, became angry and was very unprofessional, and ended up threatening me. This seems to be the order of business with this company. As I've seen, another threat has been made to someone who left a review that was not well received. Because of his threats, I found it necessary to copy Brandon's comments for my protection. His comments have since been removed. I guess this is how this company operates its business. I know I will never do business with them. It is just as easy to be nice and honorable as it is to be dishonorable.

About ten minutes later the truck arrived. The driver introduced himself as "Rabbit" and had my car loaded in about five minutes. Ten minuets later I was dropped at my house with a recite for only $85 for an after hours tow at 10pm on Friday night. ( that's the lowest I have ever paid for a tow in Memphis even in the daytime) Mr Rabbit really must have earned his name. Also he was friendly and polite and actually seemed as if he was concerned about my car being damaged and made sure not to do any more damage as he loaded and unloaded it. I don't think I will ever even consider using another tow company in Memphis. Best tow company ever
