These people are the worst. They illegally pulled my car before it was legally abandoned. They purposely sent a letter to a known address that I didn't live at. Had proper address but didn't use it contact me just to make fees go up ...I paid 1200 dollars to these people and they wouldn't even let me use restroom. Please try your best not to use these people in any shape form of fashion . They even damaged my car while illegally taking it in the first place. read more

I needed my vehicle towed from the airport to Ford in Memphis. The driver showed up and was very knowledgeable on how to load my car which was in a tight spot. He had me loaded in no time and had me at the Ford dealer in just minutes. Thanks to the driver for helping me. He has no idea how much I appreciated him. read more

Mace's Heavy Duty towing was very professional taking our calls trying to assess the type of equipment to send to tow our 36 ft RV (5th wheel) from the KOA in Marion / West Memphis to Olive Branch, MS for repair. This place towed my car to a location without my permission, then demanded that I show up where they were (completely in the opposite direction of where I they were asked to tow my car), pay with cash only, and refused to wait for me to get there. They then took my car to their storage lot where it was kept all weekend long, thanks to one of the office girls lying to me via text, saying they were not open on the weekends. When I was finally able to get my car on Monday, my bill was over $400 and included DOUBLE tow charges and illegal storage fees. They stole my car, kept it for the weekend and then over charged me. Do NOT ever do business with this company. If I could post zero stars I would. read more

Soooo- my car is a piece of junk (shout out to Nissan!) .. and I had to get it towed before I went in to work one day last week. I called the day prior and spoke to a very friendly lady so took down all the information and said someone would call me on their way to my house the next morning. Though I missed his call- the driver DID call on his way, and was promptly there when I had requested. Super nice man, was polite and told me he'd knock on my door to give me my receipt since it was reaaally cold that morning. Overall a great experience considering the circumstances, I would recommend them and use them again if need be. read more

warning!!!!! please do not call this company for towing!!!! my belongings was missing in the front of my truck and all my items had been rambled through. not to mention the insides were locked. the lady who i ask to filed a complaint with was not helpful and said they took pictures when i ask why was someone inside the vehicle and how they got in she said for damage purpose and never said how they got in. i ask to see the pictures and she would not help. i really hope some kind of investigation is done and this place is shut down. if i could i would give them negative 5 stars. read more

One of their drivers almost lilled me in Alabama this afternoon. Spoke with the office manager and she didn't bother to get my name or number. Luckily I got pictures of the DOT number and I'll be reporting the incident. The truck was coming up a hill and was about to rear end a stopped behicle that had orange cones in the road and flashers on. I was at a stop sign about to make a right turn in front of the stopped vehicle and the semi swerved onto the shoulder and went between me and the highway. If I hadn't looked left again before pulling out I'd be dead now. The semi just kept going. He was hauling a UPS trailer. I'll be making sure they are aware of this driver and the general lack of concern from the office. I'm also going to start searching to see if I can find out their insurance carrier to let them know. Brushing me off was a bad move. read more
