Hi Dr. Garman,…read more Please let me start by thanking you for giving me more relief in our two sessions together than I ever imagined possible. What's even more impressive is the fact you saw me on such short notice, even offering to come in on your day off to meet and treat a patient you hadn't even met before. Before coming to see Dr. Garman, I was in constant pain throughout my entire back. Causing additional pain in my shoulders, even tingling and numbness down my legs and down to my fingertips. I had tried everything from over the counter pain and inflammation medicines to harsher prescription medicines that only gave me modest, temporary relief. Even my family doctor couldn't find a way to help me other than the prescription medicines and suggesting Physical Therapy. Needless to say, this negatively impacted all aspect of my life and I just wanted some relief. Before she started adjustments, Dr. Garman was incredibly thorough in getting an understanding of my entire medical history, not just the pain I was experiencing, . Once the adjustments started, I couldn't have been more impressed by how she used Applied Kinesiology to get my body to respond and actually "heal" itself. The whole time explaining what she was doing and why. You could really tell how she enjoys helping people get relief almost as much as we appreciate being out of pain. And boy is she great at it! She was so personable I wanted to hang out and chat with both her and her staff like it was a social visit, not a Chiropractic appointment. I was so impressed by the care I received here, my girlfriend is already scheduled to see Dr. Garman too. I have and I will continue to sing her praises any chance I get. Knowing the success she had helping me, I'm fully confident she will be able to help anybody get the relief they are hoping for and deserve. Thank you Dr. Garman! Greg

Dr. Lange has been amazing at helping me get through marathon training as healthy as possible. Dr…read more Lange is the only one at this location who does ART (Active Release Therapy) He makes sure to listen to what's going on with my body and taking the time to work my trouble some areas. Between my glute/ hip/ and calf muscles giving me issues while training, he's been able to help all the pain subside. My weekly visits to see him are my favorite days of the week. He not only treats my trouble areas, he also adjusts me and gives me recommendations of things I can do at home to help the spots that hurt. I always leave there refreshed. I once tried to take a break from going to see him and I regretted it immensely. I know some people who hate going to the chiro or think it doesn't do anything for them. I think it's all about finding the right Chiro for you. I highly recommend giving Dr. Lange a try!

I wanted to go to a female, and that's actually very hard to find! I came here to see Dr. Amy Kocherberger. I came here for several months. She was always very upfront with me, and told me she wasn't exactly sure what the issue was either. My appointments with her were helping, so I kept coming for several months. More and more time was going between appointments until I'd have pain again, so I was happy with it. I had a completely separate medical issue occur, and my doctor recommended I no longer go, so that's the only reason I stopped going for the time being. I do think the office could be a little cleaner. Sometimes I'd go in a room and the paper they lay down would still be there from the last patient. Everyone was always very friendly though, and the people at the front desk are also very nice. There's also a bathroom you can stop in to fix your hair on the way out, lol.

A few weeks ago I woke up and could not turn my head to the right or lift up my right arm past my waist. Dr Matt was recommended to me by a friend in the fitness industry it was my 1st time as his patient. He asked me a ton of questions to try to figure out exactly what the issue was. As he was diagnosing me he explained every step as to why and how one day it's even possible to wake up and have your arm just not function! It turned out I had a pinched nerve in my neck/shoulder . I saw Matt for a total of 4 times which he originally predicted before my arm was fully functioning again. I was pain free after the 2nd visit and couldn't have been more thankful! He gave me exercises to do at home along with videos to guide me he also introduced me to products that would overall help my body from future issues. Roc Family Chiro I…read morerecently brought my newborn daughter to Rochester Family Chiropractic to see Dr. Kelsey Pierce. My daughter was diagnosed with a tongue tie at birth, but we didn't start noticing issues until she was about three weeks old. By four weeks, we made the difficult decision to have her tongue tie clipped with the help of a lactation specialist. After the procedure, my daughter struggled to latch and breastfeed. I felt defeated and questioned whether I had made the right decision. That's when I reached out to Rochester Family Chiropractic--and I'm incredibly grateful they were able to get us in to see Dr. Kelsey Pierce. Dr. Pierce provided outstanding support and care. Over the next few weeks, she worked with my daughter to strengthen her oral muscles and release built-up tension in her body--two key factors that significantly improved her ability to breastfeed successfully. One of the things I really appreciate about Dr. Pierce is how thoroughly she explains each adjustment and exercise, along with the reasoning behind them. She also taught me exercises to do at home to maintain our progress between visits. Thanks to Dr. Pierce's patience, guidance, and exceptional care, I'm happy to say that we're still breastfeeding at 4.5 months--and I truly don't think that would have been possible without her.
