I'm a 44 year old paramedic that has lifted a few too many hefty patients out of awkward positions through the last 25 years and as a result need a great chiropractor to keep me squared away. He's got the moxie to give me a great adjustment and the finesse to work with my two year old as well. Dr Joe also has CACCP after his name, which means he actually has 200+ hours of specialized training for kids. If your child is seeing a Chiropractor without that certification they may not be getting the absolute best care they could. Just because you CAN do something doesn't mean you should. That's the difference in those letters. Dr. Joe has a special interest working with kids on the sensory processing disorder and autistic spectrums. Dr Joe is your one stop shop for all your family needs. He's got two locations which cover nearly all of Monroe County, and he's worth the drive!

She did an initial exam and was very thorough asking questions and feeling around for the kinks and problem areas. She even offered cupping which I have never tried before but it helps to loosen the muscle so it is easier to adjust. I loved my first cupping experience and felt well adjusted leaving. First of all, I've been here once and was referred by the Legends radio station for their "$29…read morefirst appointment" gimmick. The $29 covers an examination, a brief (but in depth) massage chair session and some minor adjustments. Actual adjustments, aka cracking your back like a glowstick is $35. I was not expecting to spend more than $29 at my first visit so I was a little off-put, and that's why I'm giving it 3 stars. Their program, on the other hand, seems very reasonable, $99 a month for at least 6 months (with early termination fees if applicable) for 4 sessions a month, or $35 for any adjustment. They do not take insurance but keep their prices competitive and low. They use a lot of technology at this practice, including laser and cryotherapy. Might be your thing, might not be. Doctor seemed plenty knowledgeable and I was even sent home with a sheet displaying various stretching exercises.
