I simply wanted better pictures for rentals, AirBnBs, and real estate listings. I do not regret my decision. The pictures came out stellar! From the initial quote, I expected 10 high quality pictures at the minimum. I received a total of 16 pictures, and I am satisfied with every single one. Most importantly, Greg Moine was able to work around my schedule. He showed up on time, and even on a Saturday morning! His session took a total of 90 minutes, and while I wasn't there personally to supervise him, he must have dome something ***magical with the lighting*** because from the pictures, the place looks better then ever. Greg gave me a guide for preparing my place for photography, let me know exactly when he is coming for the session, and was very professional. He might not be the cheapest, but his work is of a higher quality than your typical amateur photographer with a DSLR. I would highly recommend Greg's services and hope to work with him next time I have a place in Boston that needs pictured. I used Boston Virtual Imaging on my recent home sale, and was very pleased with the results…read more The company was pleasant to work with and very accommodating in scheduling. I called them in a bit of a panic as I needed to get the photos taken and sent back to me in a very short timeframe to list my home before a weekend open house. The photographer who arrived was very careful to discuss the areas of the home we wanted to showcase, and suggested a number of creative angles to capture the home. The photos came out fantastic and "helped tell a story" (quote from the photographer) about the home. I was very pleased that the photos looked very genuine and realistic, since a lot of real estate photographers tend to "over process" their photos and go a bit overboard on the special effects. I'm confident that the quality of the finished pictures were a key factor in selling my home and protecting my investment. I would encourage anyone selling a home to invest in high quality professional photography - it's really a no-brainer to stand out in today's competitive real estate market. Overall I would highly recommend Boston Virtual Imaging and would definitely use them again!
