We took trip 1 which is between 4 and 5 miles. Saw lots of turtles, birds, gators, even a raccoon. Staff (owner maybe?) was sooooo friendly and helpful. He gave us a tutorial on the route with pictures which was super helpful. Plus they have signs towards the end of the route. Can't go wrong with Canoe Outpost and can't wait to go again next time we are visiting.

Sign up was easy peasy, on the amazon fulfillment center web site. Just agree to not take photos, walk miles and climb many flights of stairs and you are IN! I was glad my health has improved a bit and I've been exercising daily. This tour involves 1.5+ hours of walking and climbing. Bring comfy closed shoes and wear safe/protective clothing. I found what I saw and experienced very hard to describe. The facility is five very tall stories high, contains 23 miles of conveyor belts, is loud like a factory, and straight out of a science fiction movie that hasn't yet been made! To say the place was clean and well-organized would be the understatement of the year! We wore ear protection, as did all the staff! But we could also ask questions and engage with the enthusiastic and friendly and knowledge Amazon tour staff. The only thing we couldn't do was find the package addressed to us! Safety was key and employees were focused on their jobs. Robots abounded and wandered and danced an incredible choreographed dance that has to be witnessed to be believed! It was unimaginable until I saw it. I understand and respect what something like this takes to create because I worked in computer science and technology innovation for 37 years! The number of inventions and associated patents has to be huge! Life is good with a US company that has truly transformed how products are sold and delivered. Strong kudos to the workers who make it happen so they can support their families and themselves.

Each day two time for the tour. The sign up is easy. Before the tour they give you rules for the tour. They don't allow any size bag in the tour. And you have to have close toe shoes. Hair touch the shoulder need to be secured. The tour is very interesting. You will see their automated or manual power process for categories the goods. It is amazing to see the shell robots at work. It is amazing to see the technology to scan hands moving at each shelf space and memorize the location. We witness the stocking, packaging and delivery route categories. We started at Lucky Lobster and experienced the best Lobster and Shrimp Pizza and also Lobster Bisque. Never had that combination before but it was off the chart good! There were many great stops but our favorite was Harley's Popcorn! So much so that we later ordered a tin of Popcorn to be delivered to family!! And the grand finale was the dessert and coffee at the Bon Appetit Restaurant! Fresh hot coffee and a choice of many desserts. We chose the Coconut Pie which was a the perfect ending to a delicious afternoon and husband chose the Key Lime Pie which he declared was the best ever! Thank you for a great tour. We went at a leisurely pace good for photographing the downtown area. Perfect during the Christmas holiday to see the pretty lights. Winter sunsets being earlier taking a 4:30 cruise worked for seeing the sunset! There are coolers, a bathroom and access to Bluetooth speakers. Seating under a tiki thatch keeps you out of the sun. The parking was a little complicated and communication with Chris was challenging. It all worked out and we had a marvelous time! Recommend it as a great way to see the area from a different angle, for sightseeing, relaxing, hanging with friends or family, or even romantic date night. The pace was quite relaxing with scenic views of Tampa's downtown with plenty of photo opportunities. Parking can be a bit challenging with some parking across from the nearby dog park with easy access to tiki boat and overflow on the opposite site of the interstate underpass. The boat bar has seating for up to 13 people. It's well kept, clean and has a convenient restroom, a connectable Bluetooth speaker and yeti coolers with ice for the passengers use. Hunter, our boat Captain is friendly and social. This is a "Recommend" from me for anyone wanting an enjoyable couple of hours as a couple or without a party of friends.

We only received one for the weekend and then another bus that held about 30 people. The owner did not take responsibility for screwing up our reservation and tried to blame it on our company? Terrible service and didn't receive a discount for being short an entire bus for a 3 day event! One of the two buses/drivers was often late. One day the driver came and brought a passenger with them. We rented the buses for 3 days for a youth event. Do not hire this company as they are a scam and do not take responsibility for their actions!

The driver was so polite and friendly that we asked if he would pick us up when we returned on Saturday, 11/17. He told us to call when we disembarked and he would do that. We were scheduled to disembark between 10-10:30 am, so we called and asked for the pick up at 10:30. At 10:20, the driver called to say he was there. Unfortunately, due to delays at Customs, we did not get off the ship until after 11:30!! During that time, the driver communicated with us regularly and was so kind to wait for us!! I can not tell you how very THANKFUL we were for his kindness!! And then, when he dropped us off at the airport, I left my bag on the bus and he came running after me to give it to me. We jumped off at Centennial Park to poke around the shops and eateries. The streetcar was very clean with everything in perfect condition. The drivers are very polite. You can easily see that safety is their biggest concern. Don't try and distract them while they are driving because they have to stay completely focused. Pedestrians were continuously stepping out in front of the tracks to cross the road. The trolley stops running at 2am and is free.
