In my search for a new car I would take the cars to them and they would give me their honest opinion. I later took in my Nissan Altima because it had the check oil light on after I had my oil changed at a chain. Turned out to be the cap was loose after having that "checked" at the chain I went to (they didn't charge me for their time). I've gone many times to have them check my car before road trips and they have never tried to get me to fix something unnecessarily or they give me a timeline of when I should get something fixed. When my tires were past due to change, they ordered the tires at a discount for me and told me who I should take the tires to to have them installed (again free of charge besides the little kickback he probably got from ordering the tires). If you haven't already guessed. I trust these guys with all my car needs. I could have easily been swindled seeing as my car knowledge is 0. These guys are the best!!

Fast, friendly, honest and affordable auto repair…read more I've been a Firestone customer for years and few locations have impressed me as much as Bethany, OK. Their service is always friendly and efficient. In my most recent visit, I had an oil change, full vehicle inspection, tire rotation and rear brake change performed in under one hour and 10 minutes. That is hard to beat anywhere. Having your car repaired can be a nerve-wracking experience, but this Firestone is very honest and upfront about repairs and suggested work. There have been times where they told me I didn't have to get repairs right away and other times they took a moment to explain problems and potential future issues to me in great detail. I really appreciate that. It is clear that this Firestone goes a long way to ensure you are satisfied, so I definitely recommend this location for your auto repairs and routine maintenance.

Service Manager Draven Edwards is a straight up liar! He quoted me $1,000 to replace a timing cover and when I came to pick up my truck they billed me $2,000. When I protested this, they decided to find the phone recording. Surprise, surprise they conveniently weren't able to recover the recording and I was stuck with a bill that I didn't authorize! Store Manager Chuck Nessman did nothing to correct his employee misquoting customers and blamed me as if I misheard him. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Lying to customers is not a sustainable business strategy and your customer rating reflect this. On top of all that, my truck died on the way home. I paid double then my quote and my truck seems worse off than when I brought it in! WORST MECHANIC SHOP IN OKC!!!!
