greasy chips and fatty smoked cod or garlic mayo filled doner kebabs. Marcaris' chips are always lovely and hot and fresh and although the food is full of fat, cholestral and artery blocking ingredients its definitely something nice to eat after a day of work, shopping and after waiting around for the kids to finish their sports

Howie burger, chips & onion rings.

A good traditional Italian family run chipper. There sadly few & far between nowadays. Foods always freshly cooked & good & hot out of it. Only place we go for chipper.

When I moved to Dublin 1 it didn't take me long to realize that if I wanted to order good pizza I…read moremight as well bend over and let all the great places on the south side slap me in the ass with a wooden pizza paddle because it was never gonna happen. Now, thanks to Millenia Takeaway shifting from burgers and hot dogs and focusing on pizza I can pull up my boot straps and order pizza proudly. I never had any of their previous takeaway food but when my wife and I ordered a pizza with lamb, sausage, and 3 kinds of peppers, we didn't really know what to expect. We were ecstatic when we realized how fresh the toppings tasted, how much real cheese they put on that didn't taste like it was made rotting armpit residue, and how the crust tasted like it was actually baked and not chemically constructed in a laboratory. Millenia's new pizza menu is hands down one of the best places to order fresh pizza with real cheese and good toppings on the north side of Dublin.

Don't let the outside look of Millennia turn you away. My burger meal was good and greasy, nothing more and nothing less. Millennia is fine for a quick take-away if you like your junk food to be simple and served fast. For mouthwatering burgers, go somewhere else (and pay a little more).

I'm always tickled by how other countries portray American restaurants. The 50s/60s diner music…read morewas fun. The burger and fries menu seemed legit, but the hot dog options looked a bit suss. The Stack: You really can't go wrong with a bacon cheese burger. Throw one some fried onions and BBQ sauce, to make it even more indulgent. Really loved all the Irish beef in this American-style burger. Fries: Plentiful. Crispy with some nice pasty softness inside.

We decided to go here for dinner tonight on our first night in Dublin. Little did we realize there…read morewas a concert happening right next door, so there was a bit of a wait. Luckily they have it down to a science and were turning tables so fast the line was moving along steadily. We were given probably 2-3 minutes before a sever came up to take our order. Then since it is a concert night they ask you to pay before the food comes out. (No worries to us.) The service was good and the atmosphere was definitely dinner vibe. My girls got a Bacon Big Boy (hot dog with bacon and cheese) and the other a kids quesadilla meal. My husband got the smokestack burger combo and I opted for the tender basket with bacon and cheese on my fries. We also opted for a few milkshakes to share. I got a vanilla, my daughter got an Oreo and my hubby got a Rocher shake. (I will say the rocher shake was my favorite.) We were not able to eat everything as it was all so filling. My daughter asked if we could come back again tomorrow.
