We started with the Steak Tartar de Bellota sobre tuétano asado a la brasa, a bold yet well-balanced dish. The beef was fresh, finely cut, and seasoned with precision, allowing the quality of the meat to shine. The roasted bone marrow added depth and richness without overwhelming the tartare, and the toasted bread on the side brought crunch to each bite.
One of the highlights and favorites was the Arroz meloso de la huerta, cooked with coconut milk. Creamy and aromatic, the rice had a smooth, comforting texture with a subtle coconut note that added more flavor rather than sweetness.
