There is an assortment of classes to choose from; beginner flow, morning flow (my favorite), longevity, candlelight flow, sojourn strong, etc... All the classes will give you a great workout, and are challenging but relaxing. They offer class packages, an unlimited package, and run specials so be sure to ask!
