    I got new wave in Wyoming Il last summer 2025, i put a card on file like asked but that card is…read morealways locked unless i have to pay a bill or whatno, i got behind on my internet due to it being locked, completely my fault, i set up a payment arrangement with a new card that is always unlocked. the agreement started Octber 31st, i paid $100 that day and set up every Monday to take $100 out until I'm caught up which was agreed to be done December 1st was suppose to be the last payment taken out. Well they kept taking money every Monday until i caught it December 26th, all the transactions that i agreed came out around 11am every Monday but the ones i didn't agree on came out late like 5pm ish, they took $300 extra out. i called and was told i couldn't speak to a superviso, they said they would send me a copy of where my money went to my email twice now and i still haven't got an email, first excuse was he spelled my email wrong, the sec time he spelled it back to me and it was correct but stillll no email, he won't let me speak to a superviso and i can't find a working number for this company. That card on file expired 01/26 so they don't have my new one on file and i don't want them to have access to it. I even said that the extra $300 could just be for the next 3 months but he's still claiming i owed it for late fees but i haven't seen anything, he also said it's a $10 charge everytime a payment is failed, that's fine but that still doesn't add up to $300!!!! They are refusing to give me my money back or even speak to a supervisor and it's always the same guy on the other line. must be a small office but I'm not happy at all. Take precaution if you want this company to provide you!!!!

    It seems it's routine having to call the customer service number AGAIN, after the ALREADY scheduled…read moreservice call technician never shows up. Forget about customer service or speaking with a supervisor. The technician was scheduled to come between 8 AM and 12 noon and he even called ahead to say he was coming. He never showed up. When we called to find out what happened they tell us that their notes say that we changed our mind and canceled. So they offer to schedule another day over a week away. Its beyond frustrating to talk to these people who answer their phones. I agree with another reviewer, "Just drop the "service" from your customer service, because all you provide is customer FRUSTRATION at each and every turn. Your reps have zero empathy, your technicians are over-scheduled and under-paid, and as a company, they are unresponsive and worthless."
