We kept the ADS system in the house we purchased in Medina almost four years ago. What a mistake!!…read more Almost four years of the system not working properly, multiple technician visits, and it hasn't gotten any better. We have a system with automation where you can use your cell phone, well, that's where it goes badly! The app usually errors out multiple times, won't connect, and eventually we have to set the alarm off just to get into the house. Today was the last straw for me. They apparently cannot fix my problems, so I'm on the search for a new company. I would have given zero stars if I could. Horrible system!!!
