On their initial visit, the tech told us how to reset our side slide which was experiencing uneven movement and sticking. They also set an appointment for the following week to repair or our furnace. They showed up early for the repair and it wound up being $200 less than the original quote. They removed the furnace and cleaned out the mess left by dirt daubers (thanks previous owner!), then reinstalled and made sure the screen was in place to prevent future problems. Shockingly, the staff handed over the title to our trailer without verifying identity, ownership, or requiring any documentation whatsoever. No ID check. No paperwork. No authorization. Nothing. This is not a minor mistake--this is a major failure in basic security and business practices. Titles are legal ownership documents, and handing one over to an unverified individual puts customers at real risk. What made this even worse was how it was handled afterward. When I called to address the issue, I was connected to a manager who was completely unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they said they felt like they had been scammed too. There was no accountability, no attempt to correct the situation, and no concern shown for the seriousness of what happened. The call ended with them hanging up on me. That level of care and professionalism is unacceptable--especially when dealing with something this serious. If this is how they handle sensitive documents and customer concerns, I strongly recommend proceeding with extreme caution. We expected a professional standard of care. This was the exact opposite.

I had a trailer that the ramp had shifted and frame was bent. Not only was that fixed , they fixed a broken light, new bolts that had been missing from the ramp latch and fixed my break away system. I don't ever remember a time in the last 5 years where someone did what they said they would do, stayed on budget and actually did more to make sure the everything was in perfect working order.
