11/2/2025 Dillards MAC Henderson Mall. I came to get new foundation, as mine had expired, I don't wear makeup everyday. The sweetest and very gorgeous associate helped me, I think her name was Melania, she was from Canada. She did a color match on me but turned out to be a small makeover. I knew she did that because I'm going for my Birthday dinner tonight. I haven't felt pretty in a little while and she made me pretty in my own skin again. I'm very grateful for her today. Was helped out today by a young lady I didn't get her name! Came and ask me what I was looking for told her I needed foundation but didn't know what color I was she immediately explained to me the difference between the original and new foundation they had and was able to color match me right away! She was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable the color matched very well to my skin tone and she found my color for a powered compact too! This location is more convenient if you reside in Henderson, but it's not the best location in regards to inventory, or cordiality. The staff is a bit callous. The location at Town Square, or Fashion Show is where you may inevitably end up. read more

I have had the opportunity to have Artulo as my make-up artist twice. I don't wear a lot of makeup to begin with, but I usually get my makeup done for big events or our anniversary. So, Art has been doing this for awhile. He is easy to talk to and he is always trying to learn new things. He is always welcoming. I told him the color of dress I was wearing and he matched the eye shadow and gave me a pop of lip color. I was really amazed at the detail and care he used while doing my makeup. I felt like I still looked somewhat natural, but just enhanced if that makes sense. If you buy $60 of product, your make over if free. The only thing that might get annoying is if it's busy, the makeup artist might have to step away to help other costumers. I was lucky that it wasn't too busy and he only stepped away once or twice. I went to get a gift for a friend I don't usually shop at mac but I went I had the name of the items I needed. There customer service was bad I don't know if the girl was having a bad day but no excuse for her service she seemed like she was in a bad mood the way she carried her self was as if she was doing me a favor just by charging me for my products, wasn't friendly at all didn't offer me help to find what I was looking for. If you've been to 1 MAC location, you've pretty much seen them all. Just your typical MAC set-up in the Dilliard's at the Galleria at Sunset. It is small, located right near the store entrance/exit into the mall and gets really crowded. If you plan on having full make-up done for an event, I would suggest making an appointment. It gets really busy, but the staff is awesome, friendly and very helpful. I am usually just in and out picking up what I need and don't do much browsing.... read more

I got my make up done there for wedding about a week ago. Cassie was very friendly, patient, creative and diligent. I showed her a couple pictures of what I wanted and she gave me exactly that. I have felt uncomfortable in make up before but the way she applied it made me feel more confident. I killed it at the wedding and my husband was very surprised. This MAC location is the closest to where I live so it is convenient but with my recent experience here I will most likely be sticking with ordering online or going to an ACTUAL MAC store. I stopped by on a Sunday around 1:30 and got the rudest/boldest employee ever. There was only two other customers in the store and two employees, both did not look like they were going to be done anytime soon and all I needed was a foundation. So after waiting a few extra minutes I opened the drawer directly underneath the foundation setup and what do you know a completely different employee popped out of nowhere and had the AUDACITY to say "are you trying to rob us" excuse me!?! (Dark haired gentleman with a beard) I don't know if that was supposed to be a joke but it was not funny and extremely rude. I've been in customer service for years and he does not belong in any industry interacting with people. I wish he had a name tag so I could be more specific. I've been buying MAC for many years now so this guy just cost Dillard's some money, I guess that's what I get for not going to an ACTUAL MAC store. read more

I always get my make-up done at MAC when I have to anchor on the news desk. The one at Galleria is the closest to our station. I love the friendliness of the staff especially Katrina. She chose the perfect make-up for me (professional yet stunning) - especially the hot red lipstick to match my red outfit. I really appreciated her attention to detail and felt gorgeous! I definitely recommend her and I plan to go to her again when I'm on the news desk in December. read more

I had the pleasure of being helped by Arturo while visiting from NYC. Not only did he take the time to carefully match me to the proper foundation as I had gotten a bit darker from the sun, he was patient, and helped me pick the perfect liner and lip color that best suited my complexion. Wonderful wonderful customer service. He worked quickly and efficiently without making the experience feel rushed. Arturo really knows his stuff and has a passion for making people beautiful, when I got up from the chair he had done my entire face and I looked fantastic. I had to do an exchange for something I purchased online. Although I had to do it at another MAC, the girl named June helped me figure out something new I could use. I had a little bit of anxiety coming in, seeing as the last time I was treated poorly there and left with no solution at all. It was my first time getting my makeup done at Mac at the galleria mall. And one of their employee named Katrina, was very helpful. She helped me find the right makeup for myself. I've been to other Mac locations and I've gotten bad service. I was there to purchase new makeup to add to my makeup collection. She put the mirror in my hand and explained to me where to place the product in the right place, which impressed me very much. Mac is very fortunate to have her as an artist for their company. I will be returning to the Mac galleria location to see Katrina, and I would recommend other people to request her for an artist at the Mac galleria mall. I have had my makeup done in the past and it wasn't bad but I recently went in and had a gentleman by the name of Tyson do my makeup, he was very personable, handsome, and knew all the details about which products would be best for me. I was scared to try some of the new colors but after he applied them I felt at ease and branching out in my daily makeup, even my boyfriend who is usually not a fan of makeup loved it. I highly recommend him and will only go to him from this point on. read more

I have never been so disappointed in my life. I went in and scheduled my mom to get her makeup done for 10.10.15. So my mom shows up for her appointment and around 45 after she calls me to go over to look at her makeup. It was the worst makeup application I have seen in my life. Her eyeliner was not even, there was no mascara on her eyelashes, her eyeshadow was one color, and to make things worse you could see a line her foundation met her hair line and the color was way too light for her skin tone. Everyone one else getting their makeup done was looking decent, but my mom look like a clown with super bright pink cheeks. I told my mom to tell them that she didn't like it, she did and at the end she said they put a little bit of darker eyeshadow and lashes. My mom went it excited to get her makeup done and left almost crying. I have never been soo disappointed and angry with a service I have received. They could of done a better job with her makeup since everyone else's was looking decent. read more

I was very happy with the service I was provided by the associate, Arturo, in Dillard's at the Galleria mall on 11.26.2016 at 3pm. He was friendly and informative with the process. The only thing that could have been better was to have been greated rather than stand around for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledge me there. But I do understand it was a holiday weekend and it was quite busy. I will definitely go back to see Arturo but make an appointment the next time. read more
