I wanted to give this a couple months before I posted a review…read more.. I found this gym after looking for something a bit more structured post-Covid. The regular peloton cardio and Planet Fitness just wasn't getting me where I wanna go. This place has been fantastic so far. As someone who has never really lifted weights, the trainers and owner has been fantastic at instructing the correct way to lift. They have two major programs as well as an open gym option. The programs are led by a trainer, one being team training, one being small group training. If you have not been working out lately, you will leave gassed. You will be sore. The workouts are about an hour long. I have been going about 3-4 days a week which has given me enough time to recover between workouts. Bring a towel and water bottle, my first workout was free. They do have shower facilities if you are coming from or going to work. And bonus... the showers are clean. The folks I have met here have been super friendly and welcoming. Ownership has also been very welcoming and motivating. If your looking for a new place to workout, definitely check these guys out... so far I am very happy I did...

I started in the Lean Down Challenge a 6 week program/20 lbs. I get to attend all the boot camps I want and have a small group personal training session once per week. I felt at ease as soon as I walked in the door. The boot camps are available daily. The trainers are extremely personable. I admit I love to hate them during my workouts but I feel so good a little bit after they end. Mac, Emily, and Bill are fantastic! I'm down 6 lbs, feel stronger and surprised myself by accomplishing some of the exercises I never thought I could do. I just started my 3rd week looking forward to meeting more goals I've set for myself. I've finally found a gym home. It's never too late to live your best life. I'm on my way!. Thanks guys!

FLMD popped up on my Instagram timeline as a free 6 week challenge - so bet I was there. There is a consultation, weigh in, and tour. I met with Nevie the gym owner who explained that the challenge is free after you invest in yourself for an undisclosed about. You meet the challenge and you get your money back. I didn't have anything to lose so I joined. I must admit that Nevie worked to figure out why I was not getting the weekly emails and meal plans. So if joined through any META platform (Instagram/Facebook) the emails will be sent to that registered email address. Things that were not transparent to me were: the class schedule not being readily available, the link to view the workouts online so I could join from home, who I should report my weekly weight. KEY TAKE AWAYS: I lost 7lbs my first week!! Drop in classes are $30

Although the facility appears much larger in the website photos and videos, it was smaller than expected. However, I was really excited about the experience. Prior to the free class, the staff member provided a comprehensive tour of the facility that included information about the benefits of infrared technology and fitness. The keyless entry location features 24/7 accessibility. As for the workouts, each workout station includes virtual instruction. My favorite was the cycling station. The rooms are compact and blazingly hot, but heat-adjustable. For this reason, I could not imagine being in the enclosed compartments with two other people. The facility not only features the HIIT workouts, hot-cycle, hot-thunder, and hot-blast, but also Isometric workouts such as hot-iso, hot-pilates, and hot-yoga. There is also a small workout area in the back featuring free weights. Smith machine and TRX bands. There are two bathrooms featuring glass showers. They also feature brand merchandise at the front. Overall, the location was clean. The workout rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. Again, I think it is an interesting concept with some amazing results and benefit claims.

I've been consistently coming to HotWorx for at least 2 years. Overall the staff is very friendly…read moreand helpful and facility is clean and safe. However, the main reason I come to this studio is to have effective workouts. Its very difficult to achieve that goal when they play the SAME EXACT workouts for 6 month straight. I was told that the workout videos would change every 90 days and for some classes that happens while others, like hot yoga, don't. They claim it's to help you but that's BS, I don't want to nor do I need do the same exact workout for 6 months for growth. This is so annoying and discouraging because I complained about this several times for the same issue to continue. Then the company has the nerve to invest money in AI trainers but yet they can't even update the videos they have with humans. So now we spend more on tech than humans but yet expect these same humans to continue to spend money without getting what they pay for?? Makes no sense.

I legitimately have NO MONEY because a gym wanted their technical extra 15 dollars a day after I forget to pay. It so bad that I literally had to call my bank just to get them to block PF. Aside from that, the people there do not know how to share. Mats, equipment, machines, etc are always hosting the same people. I can't tell you how many times I wanted to use the assisted pull-up bar and somebody decides to stay on it for 10+ minutes. Also, I consistently clean the mats from top to bottom because I wouldn't want someone's sweat messing with me, so tell me why I never see anyone, not even the employees, clean the mats. The personal trainers and there are kind but their clients are assholes. They will step over you while working out just to get a weight. They're have this scolding look all because you're in a shared space with them. Some employees will chat with others ALL DAY and barely greet you when you leave or enter. Funny thing is, when you're at PF you realize that it has potential to be a gym with culture but they do nothing with it. You could make your garage a gym and it'd still take better care of you than PF. Never coming back. They're thieves, plain and simple.

Both days I went to late morning classes and there were about 6 people in our group. All the members were friendly and inviting, making me feel like I was a regular member of the family. As far as the coaches....they are some of the most talented coaches I have ever met. They are encouraging and actually spend the time to correct you if you are not doing a movement right. They are extremely organized and do the warm up together which I find helpful. They also have some unique warmups that sometimes stretch muscles you didn't know you have. In fact, it has a large " Buy It Again" on the Groupon! Also, I don't believe they clean the floors at all in between classes, as I arrived when people were coming out and we could just straight in and set up. If you're a beginner to yoga, you'll definitely want to set up in the back where you can watch the more experienced people to know what to do.
