The cheesesteak had a bit to much cheese sauce for me but the service was good and I will go again.

Amazing Mac and Cheese steak in a bowl. Quick service reasonable price. More on the menu that looks good. At the Garage Tap House. Atmosphere great. read more

A friendly guy at the local gas station recommended me this place. This food truck is located on the side of Diamond home supplies store. Chicken buffalo sauce mac and cheese was pretty good. I had to dived in to find 4 pieces of chicken haha but it was fine, its $6. Please come support small local business. read more

Mac and Cheese Steaks - Buffalo sauce Chicken mac and cheese - Food Trucks Near Me - Klamath Falls, Oregon

While passing through K Falls I found this little food cart to stop at instead of a sit down restaurant since I was traveling with my dogs and will not leave them in the car. The duck fat fries were good, the rest of the food was a touch too salty for me. M had the cheesesteak & I had the buffalo chicken sandwich. We also had the chocolate crime brûlée, the damage was about $20. It was a good alternative to fast food, but nothing I will be dreaming about. read more

The most disgusting salad I have ever eat The salad taste like the garnish that is served on a dinner plate that you're not suppose to eat. The watermelon was piping hot the decent part was the meat that was balled up instead of spread out. This is the 4th time trying Mac and cheese steaks And have not had a pleasant lunch once. read more

My kids enjoyed their Philly Mac! It was nice and moist and not overcooked. The philly steak was cooked to order which I was grateful about. The garlic fries was sooooo good! It's a little on the salty side but I liked it nonetheless. read more

After hearing so much hype about this place I thought I would check it out. Since it was my first time I thought I would get a variety of items to try. First the doughnuts to me were not a doughnut, but more like a sugar coated elephant ear. I ordered a cheese steak and was not to impressed and could have used more flavor. Also tried the mac and cheese and also was not impressed, it also tasted bland and with no flavor. The one true thing that was great was the fries, they were made to order and just delicious. I usually have to dip my fries in some kind of condiment for flavor, but these don't need anything and stood great by themselves. If you stop by I definitely recommend you try them. The truffle flavored ones are the ones I chose and that really adds some thing different but it sure makes the fries stand out. Although this place is considered a gourmet truck the prices are a little on the high side for the amount of food you get. The only thing I would really pay full price for is the fries. read more

Too fun! A very cool food cart has arrived in KF that could easily hold its own in Portland (but I really hope it stays HERE!!). Mac and Cheese Steaks is located up by Applebee's and Bogey's. The fare is very tasty, rich comfort food at its finest. I had mac and cheese (my daughter will swoon over this version...very good with Tillamook cheddar, parmesan, and mascarpone), a few TRUFFLE fries (my favorite...crisped skinny fries spritzed with truffle oil), and a doughnut. Thanks to my cousin stopping by too I got to try the duck fat fries, which were also surprisingly tasty. I highly recommend you check this cute cart out and support the awesomeness of food carts arriving in KF! Also served are tiramisu cheesecake, chocolate covered bacon, Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches (also with chicken or grilled cheese, soon tofu). I love the earth friendly utensils and packaging too. Very affordable prices. My friend also said the Tomato Basil Soup is very good. Open 10-6. Facebook link: https://www.facebook.com/MacAndCheeseSteaks/info read more

Wanted a nice Philly cheese steak sandwich, upon opening found uncooked meat to which I was obviously not going to eat. Will not be returning. I do have pictures. read more

I wanted to like this place....I really did! Any food truck in Klamath Falls gets mad respect for being trendy and up with the times...except when their food is bland and flavorless...like Mac and Cheese Steaks....(sad face) Came here on a Friday when their special was ahi fish tacos, which sounded amazing! I ordered the special, so did my husband, and we picked up one of their chicken cheesesteaks for my mom....oh yeah, we also got their mac special, which was a red curry of sorts. The red curry mac and cheese was the best thing about the food! I can't complain about that, it really was good (hence two stars and not one). As for the fish tacos....they were SO bland! NO flavor! Appearance wise, they LOOKED like fish tacos, however there was just nothing appealing about eating them...the tortillas were dry and broke open when you tried to eat them, which was annoying as well. Hardly any sauce either, very dry. Perhaps the worst part, was the fish...unfortunately, it had that strong fishy taste to it, giving away that it was not fresh. I know, I know, I should have known better....but is a good fish taco too much to ask?? Apparently it is if its coming from Mac and Cheese Steaks.... My mom even had their Chicken Cheesesteak, and she said the bread was really dry, and added a bunch of condiments/sauce to it to make it edible. Overall she said it lacked flavor as well. If I was to recommend a food truck in Klamath Falls, I would say go to The Chopping Block...and don't waste your time or money at Mac and Cheese Steaks. read more

I can't say enough good things about the food here. The Philly cheesesteaks are the best I've ever had, made even better by the fact that the cheese sauce is homemade! He used really good beef and tops the sandwich with sautéed red pepper, onion and mushroom (I usually ask for no mushrooms though). :) I always get truffle fries with my sandwich and they've got to be the best fries I've ever tried. They're battered (my favorite kind of fry) and drizzled with truffle oil. I've also tried the creme brûlées and they're a nice, refreshing dessert to end a great meal. I tried a mango habanero creme brûlée because I was feeling adventurous and I was glad I did. He rotates flavors frequently so you'll always have something new to try, which I like. I love this place and highly recommend it! The food has amazing flavor and quality and the guy who runs the cart is really nice and cool to talk to as well. read more

Just tried it today... the Philly Mac and Cheese is like an orgasm in your mouth. Oh my ... it is seriously scrumptious! Highly recommend!

This place is a gem for Klamath Falls. It is a go-to place when wanting something quick to eat. The food is salty and greasy, so if that's what you're craving, it's one of the best places in Klamath Falls for it. I recommend getting the Philly mac & cheesesteak with small truffle fries. The fries are crispy, and in my opinion, among the best you can get in town. The man who owns the cart is usually friendly and quite humorous. Just know, he can be saucy with a dash of dry humor. He seems to have had an interesting background in culinary arts, but he's found a niche in Klamath Falls. Since there is only one person manning the cart, the service can be slow around lunch time. So, you might have to wait 10 or 15 minutes, possibly longer. Also, check their Facebook page for his updated hours and location. Sometimes the cart will move around town or be closed early. read more

What Chris has managed to do here is take a basic menu format and build a creative and eclectic flavor experience. Soup, sandwich, Mac & cheese; simple, right? But now take that and use asparagus, brisket, Buffalo sauce, pumpkin, varieties of cheeses, mushrooms; the list goes on and on and changes week to week and season to season. Old favorites may cycle around, but don't miss out on a new creation. Then there's the creme brulee. Smooth and delicious, but the same treatment he gives all his other foods with truffles, squash, butterscotch, Bourbon, again the list goes on. If you're traveling through, you have got to experience this. Facebook page is best way to find him and check out his menu of the day. read more

This place is no doubt the best food truck in Klamath Falls! After moving away I find myself constantly craving the mac and cheesesteak sandwich. It's addicting! Chris is awesome and is very supportive of the community. read more

Wow!!!!! Incredible. I can't believe how good this was. Like other reviewers have mentioned, it seems more like a Portland food truck than a Klamath Falls one. Happy to get that quality without the hellish nature of living in a city. Great portions. read more

The food was nothing to rave about. Decent fries. Mac and cheese was about on par with Velveeta box stuff. My only gripe was the cleanliness of the truck. Don't look through the window hard if you want to enjoy the food. The prep table was absolutely disgusting, looks like salmonella poisoning waiting to happen. I survived, but won't be back. read more

Located at diamond parking lot this truck makes a mix of various Mac.n cheese. With Philly cheese steak sandwhiches today my husband and I decided to try out the Philly cheese steak and the chicken cheese steak with the large bacon cheddar fries and a creme brulee. Whilst pulling up to the truck there were several people standing outside in the cold waiting for their order.. Which to us was a good sign because if people are willing to freeze outside the food must be amazing. We paid 23.50 for our lunch and it smelled amazing. Tasted amazing! Thank you read more

We ordered in from the cart and brought it home for lunch. The macaroni was dull and bland. It had very little cheese in it compared to the pictures on the website. We bought it for my macaroni-loving little brother, and he said, "it only tasted like noodles, not cheese". Sad, because Mac and Cheese is in their name. The fried cheeseburgers, which the rest of my family got, were red/raw on one side and rubbery on the other. My other brother said that it was "barely cooked and hardly had cheese". My grandma and mom said that they'd only keep eating since they were hungry, and that it was too salty. My grilled cheese was okay. Nothing too "wow!!!" but it wasn't gross, either. The creme brulee and french fries, however, were pretty dang good. We are sure that we won't eat here again. read more

This place is legit. I'm not sure why the roach coaches and tiny little, unassuming joints in the town have the best food, but it's the straight truth. This food cart is pretty damn good. Though the service is a little slow as there were several people waiting for their food and a couple dropping by to pic up their order, I felt it was well worth the wait. read more

I haven't tried many things here, but I have to say the garlic fries are delicious and it is a huge order. I also had a Creme Brulee that was very good too, but the fries were my fave! read more

One of my favorite places in Klamath. The sweet, heat and meat is to die for. Buffalo chicken mac...Yum!

This food truck is amazing! I went there twice on a trip to Klamath Falls. The chef makes all of the food to order. The macaroni is delicious and has cool flavors. The fries are on point. I cannot even begin to describe how fantastic this food is. I have tried the cheese steaks, and now today the chick parm sandwich. WOW!!!
