But it's an absolute miracle I found this awesome women-owned business. I went in originally for facial. They solved my problematic skin that had freaked out when I moved to a new climate. Spots everywhere. Then they talked to me about laser. I had wasted hundreds/thousands of dollars at other places with little to no results so just assumed it didn't work for me. I also have a hormone disorder that makes my hair thick and stubborn. I learned about how many places don't have this type of laser and therefore do not give the same results. So I tried it first on a small area. Had AMAZING results! Next thing I know I'm lasering everything and I couldn't be happier! Now I just need touch ups once in a blue moon. Worth every penny! The staff is always so kind and welcoming. I have a lot of questions and they were always patient with me. I can't recommend them enough. Also, try their house made skin care! The Aquarius Hylauronic serum has really helped my skin feel more plump and moisturized (hiding fine lines). I use it daily under my spf and lotion. Plus the CDB green tea facial mist is super invigorating. Absolute miracle what they were able to accomplish with my problematic skin! Now I feel more confident than ever. I wish I could give them 10 stars out of 5.

I got a lash lift from Tori on 3/2/19…read more It was my first time getting a lash lift, so I didn't know what to expect. The process was quick, but when she was done working on my lashes, I saw only the slightest of changes. She had assured me that they would be curlier the next day, so I went on my way. The next day, after all the proper aftercare (no steam, water, makeup, rubbing, etc. for 24 hours) my lashes seemed even flatter than before. When I looked closer into the mirror, the lashes on my right eye were intensely curled not at the base, but past the halfway mark of each lash, closer to the ends. This resulted in some seriously crimped lashes. Other lashes closer to the inside of my eye were going in the completely wrong direction, and no amount of brushing with a clean spoolie could help. My left lashes were not completely lifted. My natural lashes are thin and straight, so looking head-on at my eyes you really wouldn't be able to tell that they're there. The procedure really didn't help that. Some lashes in the center had the slightest lift and others had literally none at all, so my left eye was a mix of 0 and 1 degree elevated lashes. It looks horrendous. I called the day after the procedure to ask about any remedies, and the lady on the phone was super pleasant and told me she'd make a note to have her boss call me back. Over two weeks later, and no follow-up. It's a nice facility, but I'm really disappointed with my results. I spent $100 (including the tip) for something my eyelash curler could have done better. I will definitely not be coming back.

It was after the visit that I realized this practice is in it for the money. They had me sign…read moreforms stating that they would designate diagnosis for office visits and labs. I was under the assumption that they would be labeled preventative Well Woman, but come to find out I was sadly mistaken. After my lab results were in, I had a 15 min call in which I was billed $110. In the past with all my other physicians the discussion of labs was free and included in the service either by chat or a personalized phone call. Cross Roads considers it a visit. Then I received a lab bill for $227.32. It seems that what you discuss with the doctor is the diagnosis they use not preventative. For 25 years I have been going to a yearly exam to discuss all my health changes. Labs done with my yearly well woman physical have always been paid at 100%. I both called and chatted with the office asking if they would change the diagnosis to preventative so the labs would be paid as I am on a budget and my insurance covers the labs with my well woman. I was told they would not change the diagnosis codes and that I would have to pay the labcorp bill in full. I do not blame Labcorp and I paid the bill. So, my advice is ask questions and read the fine print if the office has special payment forms. My ins paid the Office Visit charge, and I paid $337.32 for the "additional visit "and labs. What a disgrace. I will be returning to my OB/GYN in Flower Mound where everything is billed with the patient in mind not their bank account.
