My 2023 Toyota RAV 4 was run into July 2023 & Toyota was booking several months ahead to fix (damaged Control Arm) it so took it to Rod at Maaco Kelowna. They "contracted" the control arm out to replace .... & it seized a few weeks later on a busy section of Hwy #97 in West Kelowna. Rod suggested I bring it back as the 'contractor' had put in the wrong year/control arm. It is now at Toryota & I don''t mind waiting. I am so impressed with these guys!! I had a very ugly large gouge in my rear passenger door and they performed magic. My baby is back and more beautiful than ever. They were clear concise and fair in pricing. They went above and beyond and gave her a nice bath and a lovely inside detail job, which as a detailer myself, is the very last thing I want to do to my own vehicle at the end of the day. We are from Vancouver and were unfortunate enough to get into an accident right outside of Kelowna, and had to leave our vehicle at the shop. Gregg and his team were absolutely amazing to coordinate the repair and pickup, and we definitely felt like we got top service. They made themselves available to us during the weekend (the shop is normally closed) and became the silver lining in the whole ordeal. Was quoted for a repair, and made an appointment a month in advance. When i went to drop off my car the quote over doubled itself. I am now having body work done for less than the *original* quote. Very disappointing experience, especially having waited a month for that appointment. read more
