Having a yard full of every possible option is great, but having service like my husband and I have had with Jamie, that's priceless! You guys are amazing, thank you for your patience, knowledge and patience :) We can't wait to purchase our first rv from you !!

We purchased a brand new 2024 Entegra Coach Class B Ethos 3500 from Traveland RV, Kelowna Location,…read morethey cheated on us terribly. The Van has a poorly done touch up under the window panel back of the driver door. The floor inside was purposely added a lot protection paper to hide scratch on the floor. When walked thru the camper they focus only showing all the system and in no moment started the van either did walk outside around the van, probably first to not show the van has already 3500km on it and second, the van has had a touch up paint done. I called to the Travis the manager when I left the store, he said that's the way it is. Also when I was about to leave the dealer store they came to tell me that the spit valve for the GAS was defective and they have to order a new one and will be sent to us, and guess what, we need to take it to a local dealer to replace it, really?? When I went to fill the GAS for the first time, the conector was lose. Very dangerous!!! Well if you are new introduced to this life style, make sure to learn first about the dealership. Traveland RV, I'm aware you to be careful, they seems to not to care about the satisfaction of their customers at all, their PDI is useless and not trustworthy. Very disappointing. Not recommend them at all.

To preface this review, I have given Laszlo 3 chances (via email which wasn't responded to, phone…read morecall, and when the incident occured) to right the wrongs, and he hasn't - so I am taking the next steps. I was charged nearly $400 for an oil change and tire rotation, which I had hoped would be handled with the professionalism I've come to expect over my past few visits at the Auto Clinic. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. After paying nearly $400.00 for these services, I got a "low oil" notification on my car - only 3 hours later. When I called to address this, I didn't receive any apology or proper solution. Instead, I was advised to drive my car with extremely low oil for almost 35 minutes to return for a proper oil change--this could have severely damaged my engine. It wasn't until I pointed out that my engine could seize, leaving you responsible for replacing it, that Laszlo reluctantly said "fine send me where you are someone will come". The tech that showed up was shocked and disgusted at how low my oil was, and when I told him about the tire put on backwards he mentioned that Norm (the one who did my oil change) was old 10 years ago when he started. This man should NOT be touching anyone's vehicles - especially with his history at the shop, which I won't air out here, but I recommend that anyone reading ask for Norm to NOT touch your vehicle. As they know, this isn't the first time I've had issues. A few months ago, the same "mechanic" (Norm) put one of my tires on backwards, which should never happen. The only recommendation I would make for the Auto Clinic is that people stay far away from it.

Would never recommend anyone to go to this place. Ok so lets…read morestart with buying the trailer, smooth sailing, quick process. However when we arrived, they refused to accommodate us on a day that wasn't a holiday as there was no staffing . Ok fine, we'll wait until they are open. Show up the day of delivery to find out the trailer was malfunctioning, ok, we'll deal with it, in the meantime no communication as to what was happening, that was rhe start of the untrusting relationship that had formed with voyager RV . Meanwhile the techs and sales people trying to be distasteful and shelter the fact that it was broken, trying to shuttle us into the building so we didn't know what was going on in poor taste. I did appreciate all the effort that we found out they had "done" in making this trailer work but it was a failure to say the least. Now I know problems arise however since the very first day the only thing we asked for was the truth and to be straightforward. None of which happened during this process. The process in which multiple managers and sales people and techs were "trying to figure it out" but was UNSUCCESFUL Secondly. Throughout the week being told by sales people and managers that they would keep us in the loop not one phone call was received by Voyagers team, we (the buyers) had to beg to get in contact with them just to get awnsers, perhaps trying to hide the fact that thier equipment was faulty and they indeed did not know what they were doing. Yes voyager offered to pay for a hotel because the RV furnace (in the middle of winter, on a brand new unit under warrenty) didn't work, however, it is the LEAST they could have done with kids in tow knowing our reasoning for purchasing a RV in the first place. Yes Voyager refunded the trailer and the payment that came out of my account and on the promise of a full refund if the trailer was unresolved, great, I wouldn't say any other dealership would have done the same thing for thier customers for a BRAND NEW unit off thier lot, defective ON the lot even before delivering it I am entitled to a full refund under warrenty and consumer rights. As far as the payment made, it was made before we even saw or went to retrieve the unit so again, I was entitled to that, Voyager, once again very unprofessional to mention any sort of finances on a Google review. Yes we had a free (and late delivery) however, in my opinion is a sugar coat to make Voyager feel better about selling and distributing a beyond repair brand new RV, And the meaningless words of managment promising rectification. Lastly and more importantly, when we arrived to Voyager after the RV was towed away we initially were interested in starting another transaction with them. They took us into the office where we asked standard questions regarding a new unit. The manager in poor taste once again stated that he suspects when we buy (a new unit under warranty through thier company) that there would be issues with us being a client ie: if another piece of garbage would come out of thier store. I was repsectul, understanding and kind until the safety and well being of my family was compromised with no comminication in sight, besides "were working on it, and well get back to you" I would like to mention the unit we had purchased and had "complained" about 100% out of our control, A. The board was faulty causing it to disengage the slide B. The heat stopped working. Not something you'd expect from a brand new unit. We bought a new unit with voyager expecting it to be a value and it turned out to be nothing short of a nightmare
