Whether this was intentional or not, he was a little creepy, and the whole situation made us feel completely unwelcome. This was definitely a good option if you're feeling homesick or want to watch some sports, as I remember they had large screens, mostly showing football games. All wooden panelling with a definite Irish feel, all of the bartenders are extremely friendly and spoke English, which was nice. Quay's is VERY laid back and one of my favorite bar options in France. Not like a lot of the clubs you typically find in Cannes, or the South of France in general.
