I waited for a good 15 minutes until it was my turn and it was not packed but service was slow. Parking lot is pretty big, but can get busy during peak hours. Staples is known best to carry many office/school supplies however, some items can be pricey such as markers/"sharpies" but if in need, they most likely carry it. 3/5 visit experience for me overall

The package arrived late, violating the service window. When I tried to claim the refund, both Corporate and this franchise trapped me in a looping automated phone system designed to dodge customers. When I finally reached an employee on May 29th, I was told the manager would be 'absent' until after the strict 15-day refund deadline expired. They then completely ghosted my calls. The owner later promised a mailed check through a BBB dispute but never sent it, and now ducks my calls by dumping me into voicemail. They tack on hidden fees, hide pricing, and actively lie to avoid paying their debts. Avoid this crooked Sun Valley location."
