I did get my credits, both had to do with a box I ordered WITHOUT being advised if an additional change that came along with the box. I returned the box without hooking it up! They received the box and the following month I was charged $3.21 for use, i called and received a credit. This month I was charged rent for the box $12.00, again I called and rec the credit. Then looking to verify I realized my Franchise Fee is based on 3.5% of total bill, so I called back to get my $.53 due for total bill. The people on staff issuing credits are not taught to give total credit due. I'm wondering, how much money is being charged without refund?? This is an unethical business practice, which disappoints me.

Biden closed that loophole, my bill went up and the guy on the phone was very angry at Biden. By concentrating their business in poorer rural areas, they were able to get tax $ by using each customer. I'm sure they'll be doing that again shortly but I doubt my bill will go down. I'm switching but I doubt any cable co. is any more honest. Sad.
