FIRST off, the Bad Axe location has been closed, which IS a problem as that staff knew what they were doing!! im currently referring to the "chat" staff when requesting a credit! I did get my credits, both had to do with a box I ordered WITHOUT being advised if an additional change that came along with the box. I returned the box without hooking it up! They received the box and the following month I was charged $3.21 for use, i called and received a credit. This month I was charged rent for the box $12.00, again I called and rec the credit. Then looking to verify I realized my Franchise Fee is based on 3.5% of total bill, so I called back to get my $.53 due for total bill. The people on staff issuing credits are not taught to give total credit due. I'm wondering, how much money is being charged without refund??
