Put your name on the list and don't walk away as they'll come out to check to see if you're still there from time to time, but not necessarily call you in to eat yet. - Hit the "hot bar." Eggs made to order, tacos off the griddle... so many things! - Chat with the staff and the coffee and juices will be constantly flowing. - Oh, I should mention that this is a buffet and you are not ordering from a menu. - The price is unbeatable, unless I was charged incorrectly. We had cafe de olla and some dishes that made for an amazing brunch. We ordered a plate of Arrachera with tortillas and Bistec Encebollado (steak with onions) with beans. On the same plate we had chicharrones en salsa, a breakfast staple in this city. To balance the heavier dishes we had a Jugo Verde drink made from fresh pineapple and parsley. The staff were so friendly, we felt at home with the kind approach and nice ambiance. The decor is traditional and tasteful, we had such a fun experience. Since I was one, I was seated immediately in a table for four. I ordered cheese quesadillas and a limeade. Wait staff are plentiful and walk back and forth between tables. The place gets packed. The quesadillas come with beans but they're cooked with lard. At no extra cost, the waiter was able to substitute the beans with steamed veggies. The food is delicious.
