The old patio had cracked and sunk in the middle, creating a pool of water when it rains. Alan came out, busted up the old one and hauled it out. He then prepped the sub surface, removing gravel and soft mud from 27 years of use, put in new gravel. I then put down insulation and 300 feet of pex tubing for heat. When it came time for the concrete I elected to use a pumper truck since I did not want a cement truck on my cement driveway, Alan took care of everything. No issues what so ever. From start to finish was just 16 days. He was always texting me as to when he would be out to do the next step, very good communication. Highly recommend Alan for a good concrete experience.

On Monday they showed up with the wrong sized ladder so they said they'd come back Tuesday. They didn't show up on Tuesday so I called them Wednesday to see what happened. I was told I would receive a call back but never did. Called again on Thursday and same thing, was told I would get a call back and never did. Called again today and have still to receive a call back. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

However, the crew was very disgruntle, clean up was horrible (nails all over yard, gutters filled with shingles, attic a mess). I was led to believe all cleanup would be provided. It also took them over a year to come out and fix the untrimmed shingles that were over hanging on the roof. I feel if I pay $11,000 + for a new roof, everything should be perfect. So, overall happy with the roof and owner/salesman. George was very professional and knowledgeable. Not to happy with the crew and cleanup. Maybe the job was subcontracted?

this company is the best! the quality of work is a 10. i…read morehave an old house (over 100 yrs) and hired jason in 2015 to put new siding on it. i chose a vinyl shake, which was not as easy to install as standard siding. even though he had never installed this particular type of siding before (it has locking tabs both at the ends and the tops where each piece meets - it doesn't simply overlap like typical siding), he mastered it quickly. since the house is so old, nothing is perfectly square, but he made the house look like new. based on the quality of his work, i hired him again this spring to put the same siding (different color) on my small barn (also 100+ years old). he repaired or replaced all the rotted/damaged wood, put on a new door, installed new soffits, and installed the siding. beautiful job! and his prices are very reasonable, compared to other estimates. jason does the same quality of work on his jobs as he would do on his own house, and i respect that dedication to his work. no shortcuts and he only uses quality materials. i would absolutely hire him again and again, and would recommend his company highly. it is difficult to find service-oriented companies these days that truly provide excellent service, but consolidated construction is one of them.

He also repaired and painted the hallway from our garage into the house and down to our basement. In both cases he did some extra work to make both areas more easily accessible for my husband who has some mobility issues.
