If you can't find it here, no problem, go to Home Depot, Lowe's, or your favorite home improvement center. You'll pay more at the other places, so always check here first due to the low prices. When I visited, they had a good selection of windows, doors, flooring, and moulding. They had a limited selection of ceramic tile and sticky carpet squares. Unfortunately, they didn't have the style of flooring that I was looking for, but I was happy to learn of this place and I will be visiting in the future to check for materials for home improvement projects.

What began as a straightforward replacement project--one that reasonably should have cost in the…read morerange of $15,000--has turned into an extremely disappointing and costly experience. Not only did the project escalate to just under $23,000 with the original contractor, but due to ongoing issues and incomplete or unsatisfactory work, we were forced to hire additional contractors, bringing the total cost to $30,000 plus. Throughout the process, there was a clear lack of transparency in pricing, poor project management, and a failure to set realistic expectations. Costs continued to rise without adequate explanation or justification, leaving us feeling misled and frustrated. Even more concerning was the quality and completeness of the work, which ultimately did not meet acceptable standards and required further intervention at our own expense. The one leading the project had no business in doing so. She was consistently rude, unprofessional, and showed a clear lack of understanding of what she was doing. After numerous conversations and items missed during the quote and/or left out and then overcharges for her mistake, instead of providing guidance or solutions, interactions were frustrating and unproductive, which only made an already bad situation worse. There was no competence or accountability, just further confusion and poor communication. A project of this scale should be handled with professionalism, clear communication, and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short on all fronts. What should have been a manageable replacement project turned into a prolonged, stressful, and unnecessarily expensive ordeal and anyone who has viewed our replacement their jaws have dropped. It's embarrassing to say the least. I will leave you with this, the owner Jim, who was wonderful and who we spoke to (finally towards the end) offered to tear it down and replace after all was said and done, but unfortunately, he was getting ready to retire and he had nothing to do with the initial scope and project and were afraid it might be even worse so we chose to go with another contractor. For him to say that - - you know it's bad... I would like to start all over and never use them but obviously that is not an option at this point. I would strongly urge others to please proceed with caution and ensure all details are in writing, timelines, and costs are explicitly outlined and adhered to before committing.

We ordered both countertops and cabinets and had issues with both that required reordering. One cabinet was designed so that it did not allow for the plumbing for the sink- which was in place at measurement and should have been accounted for. Then they came for countertop install and realized they couldn't get the piece through the door and it would need to be cut , which requires the piece to be remade completely. If you want your project done right and on time, find another Cambria and Kraftmaid dealer.

Tara has an open and collaborative approach while adding her experience and design knowledge which resulted in a kitchen I could not have imagined on my own but reflects me. Details of the design and layout were greatly paid attention to. The kitchen has great flow and function as well as beauty. I was given ideas and resources but was allowed time and freedom to look for backsplash tile and lighting that was not in their showroom which enabled me to make the kitchen mine and unique. I do wish as much detail was paid to execution. Craftsmanship was stellar. However, I was the one paying attention to details on some work such as clean up, scratches to be repaired or alignment of drawers/doors. These were always taken care of urgently after I brought them to K&B's attention but I would rather they consistently checked work along the way. I also feel they could have been more consistent on cleanliness of site. My space was fairly open to other rooms but there are walls. Some of the the tradesman hung plastic and cleaned up after their work, others sanded without any barrier nor fans leaving me far more to clean up than expected nor necessary. Every single person who entered the home was respectful and pleasant. I trusted them to be in the home while I was not. I definitely recommend Kitchen & Bath Etc. and Tara. I definitely recommend working with K&B.

Our project was delayed almost 3 months because of the poor quality of cabinets. They delivered us damaged cabinets that took 3 weeks to be remade and shipped back. We waited and waited, only to discover that our replacent cabinets were broken once again. Another 3 weeks delaying our project. Owner Tom ignored us during this process. Sent him email after email of the pictures of our broken cabinets. No reaponse until he realized that this would continue to manifest above the circus they already pit us through. We wanted a refund for the additional out of pocket expenses they caused us. Tom would not respond until I had to go to the post office and send a certified letter and file a complaint with the BBB. Worst attention to detail I have ever seen. One of the deliveries actually occured when I wasnt even home. And Tom simply apologize that he forgot to check his email. Could go on and on.
