We were intimidated by the options, the total cost, losing the ability to use our yard for sometime and a lot more. We have 3 young kids so we knew an upgrade would be a huge benefit for them. As you can see from the photos, the Spanish tiles we had were not suitable for kids with massive grout lines and were also quite worn. We shopped around and Manuel was extremely competitive and more than anything courteous and consultative. We had an idea of what we wanted, but did not know how to make it a reality. He was able to share a ton of photos of other incredible jobs he's done and give us an idea for what would be best for our price point, for use with kids, and to look how we wanted it to. We gave him a deadline of July 26th to line up with a birthday party we had on the July 27th. He got it done right on time and even got our sprinkler system repaired too. They do top notch work and more importantly you know Manuel who runs the business is a good soul that builds a business on trust and hard work. Highly recommend!

I wanted a small kitchen renovation with a tile backsplash and the tops of our cabinets capped, and he also suggested undercabinet lights. It took us several months to get the actual work done because the tile we wanted was out of stock through the supplier, but the timing ended up working out in our favor. We had no problem communicating with Bob. He asked for our feedback throughout the process. His work was efficient and top notch in every way. I'm absolutely delighted with how my kitchen turned out. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for future contract work.

He is almost finished with the restaurant floors. back story: the restaurant is nearly 100 years old and the floors have been through A LOT-including tile on top of tile. He was able to go in there and remove all the tile, grind the floor, add acid stain and epoxy coating. He pays attention to details and wants to do the job right the first time. I am extremely disappointed in our experience with Tim. When we met him and his wife, we thought…read morethey were genuinely good people. We had gotten other bids, one even less expensive, but we chose to go with Tim because we believed he was a good person, which is important when your trusting someone with a job costing over $13000. Unfortunately, my husband and I were wrong to give him our job. Our concrete looks AWFUL. The lines in our concrete are very crooked and large, the concrete is unlevel in some areas. He chose to cut the lines at night with a hand saw, incredibly unprofessional. Then, he tried to come back and fix it, and just made them worse. They are still crooked and different widths, and honestly.. it just looks terrible. He also left a mess on the vacant lot next to ours and we are now getting letters from our HOA about it. He has 0 respect for us and our home and our community. My husband paid him the balance of the job because Tim promised he would make it right. That he would come out and install a drain in our block wall (one he promised from the beginning), and work something out with us on the concrete.. maybe do a stain to make it look better.. now we can not even get him to return and install the drain.. let alone make the concrete look right. I am VERY disappointed in his workmanship and his character. He admitted to us that he had done a bad job and yet, now that he has our money.. he doesn't care to return and fix what he knows he did terribly. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone and I am sorry that we chose to trust in him to do the concrete in our backyard. I have posted pictures on my google and thumbtack review. And I am not one to ever leave reviews.. but the lack of professionalism, quality, and respect we were showed by this contractor left me no choice
