Unfortunately, I have to agree with the other bad reviews of this place. I called and spoke to the…read morefront desk lady about scheduling a washing machine repair for my tenant. I was told they would be calling him directly and scheduling an appointment. Three days passed and my tenant says they haven't received a call so he called them instead. Apparently, the technician told him they would not be scheduling the appointment since he would not be paying them directly? This is bad business/customer service since the front lady knew I would be paying, and had no issue with that. How can this company expect to be professional when they will not even deal with other businesses? If you're looking for a good appliance repair guy call Richard at (760) 793-5462.

After a couple of weeks we were contacted by Tyler's and scheduled an appt. The technician came out on the scheduled date, looked at the microwave and said " I can't do this by myself" I will have to order the parts and come back with a helper. We didn't hear back from them so 10 days later we called to see what the status was and they said they would call us to set up an appt. when they got the parts. After the holidays (One month since the service request was ordered) we called them and we were told "we got in a bunch of parts, if yours are in that batch we'll call you to schedule an appt." a few days later we got a call at 3:45 pm. to complete the repairs and they wanted to schedule us for the next day at 9:00 AM. we weren't available for the next day due to such short notice. We finally got them to come out to our home on Monday 01/08/2018, after pulling the microwave out (it's an oven microwave combo) and working on it for 3 hours, the technician asked that we test it to make sure it was fixed. Guess what? it didn't work. The technician said he would have to come back with "someone that knew about these type of appliances" Are you kidding?! We scheduled for this morning 01/11/2018 at 9:00 AM to complete the repair once and for all. When they hadn't arrived at 11:30 AM, I called them and was on hold for 15 minutes before they even answered the call and then I was hung up on, Not one , not twice but three times. Finally I got through to them and was told by their receptionist that they would not be coming to our home today, that the best they could do is schedule us for tomorrow. We promptly called our home warranty company and asked that we be assigned to another appliance repair company. Horrible, horrible, horrible!

Yelp Review…read more Unfortunately, my experience with Jose was very disappointing and unprofessional. I originally contacted him about repairing my dryer, and he told me he would come out to help. I waited and made several attempts to contact him, but he never showed up and never gave me the courtesy of letting me know that he was no longer coming. What was especially disappointing was that my messages were being read, but I received no response. I understand that things happen and schedules can change, but communication is extremely important when you are running a business. A simple message or phone call saying he couldn't make it would have been enough. I had also recommended Jose to other people, and they experienced the same difficulty trying to reach him. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can no longer recommend his services. I'm sharing this review not out of anger, but because I believe customers deserve professionalism, honesty, and basic communication. I truly hope Jose takes this feedback seriously and understands how frustrating it is for someone to wait for a service and then be completely left without an explanation. I wish him the best, but unfortunately, this was not the level of professionalism I expected.
