They came within 36 hours after working a long day on another installation. We had purchased a solid, pre-finished, engineered floor for installation in our finished basement. It required both nailing/staple with glue assist. When others just responded back via text with a square foot install price, Nilson and Raisa were thorough with their measure and reviewing the appropriate preparation work required to ensure a great installation. The installation and work ethic was even more impressive. He sanded the subfloor to guarantee strong adhesion and was methodical with determining centerlines to ensure a perfectly straight floor. Nilson and his team work hard and completed the job on time and left the work site cleaner than when they arrived. The result is an absolute gorgeous floor, installed at a very competitive price and a very happy customer. I would highly recommend Proline Covering and be honored to be a reference with any potential customers. You will not go wrong with Nilson and Raisa.

All of his design work flowed from that understanding of us, and the result is just beautiful beyond words. His staff and subcontractors were a joy to work with and to be with--we spent a lot of hours together in our home while the work was being done, and we could not have asked for a nicer group of people to be around. :) Every single bit of work that was done was perfect. Absolutely every single thing. And the products he recommended from appliances to cabinetry are just perfect for us. Most everything happened on schedule, and in those really rare occasions when something was a little bit delayed, David or his staff let us know immediately. There was never any uncertainty as to what would happen next or when it would happen. These are the most reliable and dependable people on the planet. Anyone fortunate enough to have a Ricardi kitchen will be thrilled with the results for years to come. We love getting up in the morning to see this beautiful room. What a great way to start the day!
