Structurally its square, very strong and makes no squeaks or rattling like my old door. Artistically its simple in design but the attention to detail is what makes it amazing. You can see that its hand painted and designed by a true artisan. Well done and I recommend if you can get the opportunity to hire this amazing business, you absolutely should. The value of this door on Etsy or similar sites is out of range but because Nick designs and fabricated everything in house he is able to create a product at an extremely great and at an affordable price.

The way they treated me & my 90 year old parents today, was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, not to mention that when it came time to get started on the project, they were non-responsive & disrespectful, possibly because he got a larger job This is the information as to why i am leaving my review and includes in part, the text that I sent to the owner today, after he failed to show up for a scheduled appointment twice today and left me waiting outside in 106° weather while he couldn't even bother to respond to my text messages for 50 minutes snd when earlier i asked him via text message, to allow me a later appointment time, & he did not respond or agree. All he had to do was allow me some common decency & consideration & communicate with me. But no, not until after I called him out, and then he told me off and told me to move on. Again, I would never hire this company to do any work And he didn't make me wait once today, he made me wait TWICE WITH NO COMMUNICATION!! & AGAIN the 2nd time, he was a no-show. ------------------ Richard, What you did to me & my parents today was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. You don't have a right to treat people the way you do. I gave you two opportunities to follow through with your word today after you blew us off this morning in responding about meeting at a later time. The estimator came out to see the job and sent an estimate when he said he would. The cost was reasonable and fair and thorough. The installer came and was very good at communicating the process and was quick to complete the work once we were scheduled. The materials they used were above adequate, the craftsmanship was above expectation and the final product was exactly what we wanted. It turned out perfect! So beautiful. For some backstory on this project-- We originally had hired a different company through our pool company (Premier Pools- who I would NEVER ever recommend them) to make a large metal flower bed. it was a calamity of disasters, poor quality and no follow through. The previous company tried to redo the work a second time and it was again a series of poor quality work. They were obviously not professionals. Finally after a second attempt, we decided they were just not capable of delivering the product we wanted and decided to find someone else NOT with Premier Pools. Needless to say, disappointed and a little weary, we sought to find a different company who could come in and make our vision come to life the right way. ROJO DID NOT DISAPPOINT! THEY ARE TRUE PROFESSIONALS, start to finish our experience with them was nothing short of 5 star. We are even considering some additional projects to have them help us with. Danny came out the very next day to take measurements and explain some options. I scheduled the installation, partly because the price was so competitive. While waiting, my home was unfortunately broken into and I felt extremely unsettled. In my upset, I called Danny and asked if I could get moved up in his schedule. He talked to his team and they were able to expedite my order of 4 doors (without surcharge)--the doors were installed just 3 days later (nearly 2 weeks early). This was above and beyond! The doors are perfect, great attention was paid to paint detailing (gorgeous color), and I was able to sleep better feeling safer inside my home. Danny and his team create beautiful, sturdy doors and are easy to communicate with. They left my yard cleaner than they found it. They paid great attention to details like the smoothness of the locking mechanism and the paint job. They showed up on time for all appointments.
