Well what can i say. I could probably sum up my opinion on this newly opened establishment in but a few words. But i think the Yelp masters would want to expel me thereafter. So i take the milder route..Especially more so after having been to another newly opened Cantonese style place along the same road the week before this was an even bigger let down. It is obviously aimed more at the dessert menu but does also have a decent selection of meat and vege dishes. The place is has a clean appearance as it should have when newly opened but if you looked toward the rear past the counter was a mess. Finding a table was hard and ordering with the lady seemed to be a major mission. Ill trained staff?? And we were speaking the same lingo!! It was that bad that at one point there was a LOT of people coming in and getting annoyed that some got too fed up to wait and walked out, one throwing the menu at a table before storming out. Beyond the counter the tabletop where the desserts were prepared it was a mess, a jumble of containers etc. Two big pots of dessert sat on chairs by the counter.....not the best look.We ordered a pork dish and chicken which both tasted very good , so thumbs up to the chef. We had a free dessert , which came free if you added the restaurant on your WeChat app. I think that is just an opening offer. The price is pretty good and they do actually have a pretty decent courtyard area out back which you can sit in if the table are free. Overall the food is good, which is a plus. But the service and state of the place is a mess. They really need to get a decent system in order when it comes to service side of things. And clean the whole counter area and surrounds up.Until we try again and see if it has changed nay i will give it a lowly rating and that is just for the food alone!! read more
