We didn't realize until we received the email in the attached photo, which was sent CC'ing us by accident, that they were likely just waiting for us to give up and take our business elsewhere. We do not have a difficult tax situation in any way and we make decent income. Therefore, by "being choosier of their clients", they aren't referring to our actual case being complicated or not making enough profit from us, but likely something related to our marriage status, our professions, or something else personal.
