They do an amazing job on your taxes and making sure you have all documents in order to have a thorough accounting. If they think you missed something they let you know. Doesn't matter if you haven't filed in a couple of years. They get it all together at a reasonable price. read more

My family has been going to Calvary tax for years, and we have always received excellent service with Jim. Since Jim passed away, Brandon has been handling our taxes these past two years. He's an excellent guy being very understanding and very professional. We had our two kids (a toddler and a newborn) with us while doing our taxes, and of course, it's hard to keep a toddler still for very long. So, I let my toddler run around a bit under my supervision to keep him entertained while my husband did our taxes with Brandon. Of course, my toddler made a bit of noise as he was excited to run, which we then got RUDELY kicked out by an old gentleman asking me to take my kid outside. I'm guessing he has no kids. I mean it's not as if my kid was destroying anything. This old man has no manners whatsoever. Period. He emailed me a list of potential documents I needed before our appointment and even emailed me a list of what additional records to maintain moving forward. Here is what earned them the 6th star in my book. I was refinancing my home and I just couldn't find my precious tax returns for some reason. This is my first year doing my taxes with Calvary tax service. I love them and will always come back. I tole my daughter about this and she said their the best and have great people working there. I have been to numerous places in the pass and they price gauge me up to $485.00 and Calvary only charged me $215.00 for the same type of taxes other people will do. When I was looking for other places, I randomly google some tax places near my area and the name just striked me "Calvary". I am a Christain with faith and the name of company was what made me call. I found Calvary Tax service on line they were in my area and I thought I would take a chance. George does have a lot of experience but apparently does not like to be asked questions about the returns he prepares. His customer service skill are almost nonexistent. When I asked him about a certain discrepancy between two of the tax returns that he had prepared for me he tried to pacify me with a pseudo answer (tax tables change every year). My gut told me different. After about 5+ minutes he found the reasons for the difference and I was satisfied. I do not recommend Calvary Tax service. I thought I would encounter a kind Christian attitude but I encountered a condescending and cynical attitude. It really boggles my mind that in this economy I would have experienced such terrible customer service. I do not recommend Calvary tax service and have been telling everyone who will listen to do the same. read more
