I am so pleased with this company. Small story on why... I went and had my taxes done at H&R block, and it was a mess. I had solar put on my house two years ago, and H&R Block said I could not get the rebate. I knew it was wrong because others I know have received it. After paying H&R Block three hundred dollars for my taxes, they said I owed the IRS. Fortunately for me, a person who goes to Liberty Taxes in Glendora told me to go to them and get it done right. I am so happy I did. Not only did they redo my taxes, but they told me I didn't owe the IRS because of the rebate on my solar. I saved so much, and I am very happy. This week Linh helped me prepare the last two years of returns for my elderly mother-in-law. She was efficient in all the details, knowledgeable of the tax system and friendly throughout the whole process! She organized and labeled a folder for each year (including post-it notes to assist me with the follow up required on my part) and answered all my questions. This place is absolutely horrible. On 3/15/2012 I setup an appointment to have my tax return amended with a guy named Steve. When we sat down he was clearly bothered by me, for no reason at all. He was telling me that my type of tax return was not his expertise and that the owner was a CPA that could better handle them. I had called the night before, for this exact reason so I could verify if the could handle my taxes. I asked if I was a bother to him, and he said he had a lot on his plate. So I asked if I should go somewhere else and he said yes, I then left. Not a professional way to run a business. Obviously I'm not coming back and am going to blog about this extensively. read more

Nick has been doing our taxes for years. I actually look forward to seeing him. He is expert at what he does and is so nice to be around. His fees are more than fair - he goes the extra mile. He keeps his appointments and gets the job done quickly and efficiently! Once we had to go to court and needed Nick at our side; he had had an accident the day before and was absolutely miserable in his cast but keep his word and showed up in court - we won our case and were do happy to have him on our side. Hope you never have to go to court but if you do; Nick is your guy...but I suggest you use him for your tax service and skip the court thing all together you will not be disappointed!
