We recently had our 30+ year old well pump and expansion tank replaced by MDM Water Service and we couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process. We have used MDM a number of times for items related to our well and it has always been an excellent experience. It was very easy to set up an appointment and when I looked up 10 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive Adam was walking up to the door. He did an excellent job of answering the questions I had about the process, made sure we understood how long we would be without water and then proceeded to install the new pump and haul away the old one. He is a very friendly and respectful person to deal with. While I felt the amount charged was very fair in my opinion this kind of service transcends price which is why we didn't even get another estimate. read more
