I brought my 2024 Kawasaki ZX-6R in initially for a recall and to diagnose a limp-mode issue. What should have been a straightforward diagnostic turned into months of delays, multiple visits, and over $700 in charges without a resolution. Throughout the process I was given different explanations for the problem -- first a wheel speed sensor, then an ECU, then sprocket sizing -- yet the motorcycle remains unsafe to ride with warning lights on the dash and no functioning speedometer. What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication and follow-through. I've made multiple attempts to work with the dealership directly and spoke with management about finding a fair solution. I was told they would do everything they could to help make this right, but after several follow-ups I've received no updates. To make matters even more surprising, I recently purchased another motorcycle from the same dealership and still cannot get a response regarding the unresolved ZX-6R issue. At this point I'm simply looking for accountability and a path forward so my motorcycle can be safely repaired and back on the road. I would still prefer to resolve this directly with Houston Motorsports, but the lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. I hope someone from management will step in and help resolve this situation.

I was hoping for more vehicles to look at in the car show, but their were a lot of high-quality vehicles that were beautifully taken care of, restored, and/or modified. This was a larger Harley Davidson dealership and had a great selection of bikes, clothing / riding apparel, and the service area was large and well-kept. I was able to do a video call with my almost 3-year-old Grandson, who is totally enamored by motorcycles, ATVs, and car shows. So this visit to Mancuso was just a huge success all the way around for me! Thank you for your hospitality in sponsoring the West Houston Muscle Car Show.

Dropped it off on a Tuesday afternoon and was very frustrated with that experience due to the new service writer and his inability to get anything done. Took over an house just to drop off. On Wednesday I get a call that my bike was ready to be picked up, which surprised me because it rained all day on Wednesday. Thursday I go to get it and the paperwork states that they could not confirm one issue and the other issue was identified with an "error code" but did not specify what they actually did to fix it. But assured me that the bike had been test ridden I. Wednesday and it was fixed and ready to go. So I took it and guess what? Before I even rode the 1/4 mile to my house BOTH issues popped up again. So I called the dealership where I bought it from and they sent a truck (2.5 hour one way trip) to get it and the next week I received it back. Both issues were fixed and they even found an additional problem and got it fixed as well. I have given Mancuso a couple of chances to get my business but never again. Only thing my money will be spent on there is motor clothes.

Ported - the ports (big holes where manifolds join heads) are enlarged to improve volume of flow. Gas flowed - the tubes that the fuel and exhaust flow through are machined so that the fluids can flow with less resistance hence faster, so more fuel gets pumped in per stroke.

During my visit, even other customers expressed concerns about excessive markups and a lack of professionalism - even his own employees expressed the same concerns. One issue I encountered was the lack of transparency regarding parts pricing. Rather than providing information about the source or cost of the parts, I was only given an invoice. Based on my research, the parts appeared to be marked up substantially. Additionally, I was charged $220 for a diagnostic service that did not provide any meaningful information, while other reputable shops in the area offer similar diagnostics for around $80. I also found the owner's communication style to be unprofessional. Responses to negative reviews appear dismissive and confrontational rather than focused on resolving customer concerns (please see his responses to 1-star reviews below). Given this pattern, I anticipate my feedback may be disputed as well. This is his typical response to avoid accountability. I am also confident that his positive reviews are paid. However, I have retained all receipts and text message correspondence documenting my experience. Overall, I found the pricing, customer service, and business practices disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop and will be reporting my concerns to the appropriate consumer protection channels.
