Those are the ONLY good things I have to say. As for the bad... I can't speak for all Pep Boys, but this particular location is the embodiment of the stereotypical car shop that rips you off with unnecessary or unplanned repairs and expenses. I had two tires replaced last month, and both immediately started losing air as soon as I left the site. I had to go back two days later so they could fix it. A few days ago I was clumsy and had to replace another tire. Tire- singular. I needed ONE tire replaced. They decided to replace two and nobody could tell me why they replaced the extra one or which one they replaced. They also elected to not call me and inform me that my car was finished, so I was waiting two full days before I decided to call them to ask about it, and the person on the line seemed annoyed that I had left my car there that long. I went two days without my car, I would have liked a call, text, email, something! And maybe this is me being nitpicky, but BOTH time they replaced the tires, they took all the valve caps. I had to purchase more valve caps. Why do they need valve caps? Those are mine, please give them back.
