We scheduled a call a month out to work through our timeline and iron out any details, and he is EXTREMELY detailed! It took the stress out of worrying that the music and introductions would be right. We had an hour and a half phone conversation a few weeks before the wedding where they made sure to have all of our favorite music for each part of the ceremony and reception, and even ensured they had the correct pronunciation of our wedding party for announcements! They've been in the business for a while and it clearly shows. They made sure to adhere to our "do not play" list and also took requests from guests. The sound was clear, volume was just right, and everyone had a fantastic time on the dance floor! I particularly appreciated how flexible they were with us throughout the day. Our photos were taking a little longer than expected so we had to push the timeline up a bit, and they didn't mind at all. He played all of the songs off the list we gave him and did a great job of figuring out what other songs we might like based upon our musical interests. His attention to detail and professionalism were second to none. He made sure that he could pronounce everyone's name correctly and he double checked the times that we were doing the cake cutting, father daughter dance, etc. I think the biggest testament to him was that all throughout the night we kept getting people coming up to us asking for his name and number. I think he got like 3 requests for other weddings just during the 4 hours he was working ours! There are a lot of people out there who are much more expensive than Marc, but unless they are serving food in between songs, I don't know how they could justify those prices.
