Every time I come to deposit there is always one teller working and 2-3 more employees in the lobby. Why can they help to move things fast. Maybe they are not capable of doing it? I know that banking issues are different for everyone but why does it take too long for some tellers to finish with some customers? Honestly when I come to cash checks or deposits it does not take more than 2-3 minutes. Maybe it just me being a bit inpatient. But, I wonder what others think. The receptionist seemed surprised when I appeared at the allotted time. Then my banker said that someone else was scheduled at that time, and I was not. This is at least the 3d time the bank has not been prepared for a scheduled conference (and the first time I have left immediately without waiting). This branch fails at the basics. The after-hours ATM access is unreliable because the ATM area gets…read morelocked when the branch is closed, and it seems like PNC isn't fixing or maintaining the door/lock properly. That's inexcusable--an ATM is supposed to be the fallback when the lobby is closed. Because I couldn't access the ATM, I had to use another bank's machine and pay a service fee. Customers shouldn't be punished with extra fees because this location can't keep its ATM entrance functional. The tellers are polite and helpful, but if there's only one person available you may wait. I'm not asking for more staffing; just a branch that keeps its ATM accessible and doesn't create avoidable costs for customers.
