My home banker who is out of state made a few calls to put me in contact with a financial advisor closer to where I live after my expressed interest in transferring the management of my portfolio to someone closer to my home. He found this location and had a discussion with Liliana Mayes who he then put in contact with me to set up a meeting to discuss whether there would be a fit between us and go on from there. After a few meetings and discussions I decided to proceed with the out of state transfer. Ms. Mayes is the most professional, knowledgeable financial advisor that I have ever done business with. Her professionalism is spot on. Now I've been a client of this location for a couple years and can also give complements to the Private Client banker at this location who is always knowledgeable and helpful with my banking needs. This location is top notch. When you arrive you are greeted by a Chase representative who offers you water or tea then welcomes you to sit in their comfortable, modern waiting area until your appointment begins with the respective Chase advisor or banker. Rosedale Federal denied the check (there were plenty of funds in there and the check was for less than $5,000. They called a few days later and said they needed to speak to him before they would accept the check. At that point, he had a breathing tube. His POA spoke to them and they wouldn't accept her response. So they said they could not accept the check and would not release funds. Fast forward to his death a few days later. We tried to go to the bank and they refused to even tell us the balance or use the check he had written. I had the death certificate which listed me as next of kin and we had his living will. They basically are stealing his money and preventing us from paying for his grave marker We had zero issues with his other banks but Rosedale is horrible and I cannot recommend them to anyone.

The president of the credit union lends to who he wants, and turns down who he wants, regardless of credit worthiness. Forgot about complaining to the board of directors. They are ALL his puppets and will side with him regardless. He's been getting away with discriminatory lending practices for years. I have had so many wasted credit inquiries from this place and I am finally convinced it's personal. I will not let them get away with this. My next move is to fire an attorney, subpoena their files, and sue them for millions if it's determined my suspicions are accurate (and they are).

The tellers are always friendly and I always get promptly greeted when I enter. Out of the few times I have needed to sit down and discuss banking options, I have always felt that I was made a priority and never rushed. I mostly use this location for the ATM after hours now but it's still my go to pick for my banking needs. For example, I used to have a second account at Eastern Savings Bank but transferred everything over to M&T after the great service here. I would definitely recommend this location!
