In the branch level, the only responsive one is Landy Hernandez. Their business relationship manager is useless. Totally unaccountable for any actions or lack there of. The only reason I do any business with Citibank is to avoid the hassle of starting the paperwork at another institution. After 35 yrs, they have learned nothing!

The rude boy - (didn't know how to act like a man clearly) proceeded to make ME COUNT my own money and made me feel like I was a big hassle, I was the only customer in the branch at the time. Once I started getting it out of the bag he sat back in his chair as if he were enjoying what he made me do. This took way longer than it should have if the staff had of done it like they are supposed to - it's their job right? I do not suggest going there for any help, visit the one down the road next to Walgreens.
