I had a great experience with Karen Vetrano and one of the tellers at their branc in Mt. Kisco. They were extremely helpful with a problem I had. They went out of their way to help me. read more

Waste of time going into the branch they are unwilling to help out get a new debit card even though proper identification was provided. I don't not recommend going to this incompetent location who couldn't even reach out to there manager. read more

Since most of the poor reviews for this branch seem to be relating to customer service, I feel compelled to share that I have used this branch on at least a few dozen occasions and have found this staff to be helpful and pleasant on every occasion. Perhaps stuff has changed but I certainly enjoy the convenience of the long hours and the available notary plus the drive-through is a luxury read more

Terrible customer service. I just wanted to break down the money I got from the ATM. The teller doesn't even acknowledge me and finally after 5 minutes in an empty bank, she says "just give me a minute, I have to take care my if the cars outside." I walked out. Won't use this branch again! Just a bunch of people sitting around doing nothing! read more

Worst banking experience of my life. The manager is rude, the staff is there to make money for the branch and the bank, not to provide good customer service. They say they are the most convenient bank, and when I asked her why the fees are so high, I was told by a manager that they "are the most convenient bank, not the cheapest." They fight over $35 service charges, and don't recommend products that are less expensive for the consumer, which is terrible banking practices. FInd another local bank! read more

The Assistant Manager was rude and lazy. I have been banking with TD Bank for over 6 years. Usually go to the drive thru. Everyone there are usually unpleasant at Mt. Kisco and clerks often look annoyed when you go inside. I began sticking with the drive thru because of one customer friendly teller who is brunnete is always pleasant and helpfull. I see why she is primarily at the drive thru. I came to re open account that was closed accidentally and after giving so many ideas that were acceptable and so I was told prior to coming the assistant manager kept giving me the run around and was rude about it because it was 30 minutes to closing. I told her she was rude. I didn't learn that she was knew which was no excuse she had already been there for over 6 months. She even tried to refuse to print my bank card after all was set up and done. So I would not be leaving and that I am to get a bank card as I have deposited money into both accounts the same day through her. Worst experience ever she was so rude this assistant manager I hope they get rid of her. read more

I agree with the other one star review but think it is all about this particular branch. The staff here seems miserable all the time. The penny arcade (which is why I opened three accounts at TD in the first place - so that my young children can come and watch their change become actual savings) is persistently broken for weeks at a time. The employees seem to not want to help me notarize documents despite my numerous accounts here. The branch in nearby Hawthorne is the opposite - friendly, eager to help, and the penny arcade works. TD should move that manger to Mount Kisco. read more

Excellent bank, with very helpful and nice people. Their rates are also about the best around of all the local brick-and-mortar banks in the area. For example, if you have checking and savings accounts, as long as you make a certain small number of transactions per month on your checking account, your savings account rate gets bumped up significantly. read more

If I could give zero I would. TD bank is as disgusting as the others have described. I couldn't believe it was this bad until experiencing it for myself as a new customer. The staff is very rude and customer service is beyond poor. To top it all, they are very incompetent. I am definitely going to bank else where. BANKERS BE WARE!!! read more

I have been to this branch for notary services and to use the coin machine numerous times, my experiences there had always been pleasant and impeccable. The staffs were very polite and helpful, not to mention the Notary is on the house ! read more

I've been a customer at TD bank for 6 years and have never had such an unfortunate interaction with a branch. Everyone seemed annoyed and bothered. There was no eye contact, no friendliness and no costumer service. Would not recommend going into this branch if you plan on communicating with a teller. read more
