I moved away from the area for a couple of years but upon returning home I chose to go check them out. My account was opened in January of 2022 , TD Bank has provided me excellent customer service since Mr.A Virgil opened my account he knew what they had to offer and without selling anything left me thinking of future options. He transferred to Georgetown branch in DC but the care and professionalism remains good. The drive-thru tellers are wonderful and understand my lack of experience with their forms and use of their technology. They've been patient with me lol . I'm so glad to be at this bank where I'm treated as the senior citizen I am who wants to remain independent!
