TD Bank in Clinton MD…read more has been by the Walgreens for years ; I never paid attention much b c it always looked as if it was closed but as I continued to shop in the area it became clear that they were open and busy. I moved away from the area for a couple of years but upon returning home I chose to go check them out. My account was opened in January of 2022 , TD Bank has provided me excellent customer service since Mr.A Virgil opened my account he knew what they had to offer and without selling anything left me thinking of future options. He transferred to Georgetown branch in DC but the care and professionalism remains good. The drive-thru tellers are wonderful and understand my lack of experience with their forms and use of their technology. They've been patient with me lol . I'm so glad to be at this bank where I'm treated as the senior citizen I am who wants to remain independent! To my surprise, there are no gift cards available at this branch. I was referred to another location. While inside, I could see that they have ATMs inside for customer use. If you need to speak with a representative for other actions, you are assigned and sit in the waiting area. There were no teller stations, and it appears that this is a cash-less location. Parking was easy as they have their own lot. It does get busy based on the location and traffic pattern in the shopping area. If in the area and needed to use the ATM, I would stop here. Otherwise, if a transaction requires a teller, you'll need to visit another branch. I was greeted and met with courtesy as all customers should.
