When I called customer service about the replacement the guy was not that helpful. He placed the order and I had to demand express shipping for an additional fee for my personal and business accounts, that should be to me in 1-2 business days. Which they weren't by the time I needed access to my funds. The Service that mattered - I entered the bank frustrated because I didn't have access to anything at this point. The bank associate Donna was there to change the experience. Besides a warm and friendly greeting upon entrance, when I explained what occurred and showed her my ID she was quickly able to assist. She even went above and beyond and explained that I do have virtual access to my replacement cards via my phone wallet! She walked me through step by step for both my business and personal accounts. She didn't have to take the time to do this (as the customer service rep on the phone should have when I replaced my card) but none the less she did! She provided empathy and stellar customer service, which is what matters most! Thank you again Donna! You rock!

I've never in like 40 years of getting money from ATMs for all kinds of banks and credit unions in this kind of amount had it give me Benjamins. Not even one time. So I went inside and explained. She said they could not break the $100s for me because I didn't have an ID with me. I had my Capital One card. She said they needed a photo ID? Er, what? That's crazytown. This was the first time I've ever literally used a native ATM for Capital One. Always used the one in CVS or other affiliated ATMs. Guess I'll either avoid CO's ATMs in the future or at least scour the confirmation page to see if they have some warning about huge bills being the default.

They will decide for you if a purchase you make represents a security concern. They will refuse to let the purchase go through, and say sorry, you'll have to find another way to make the payment, but it won't be through this bank. I ended up submitting a snail check for payment, essentially forcing them to pay for it. However, they will place their concern for risk at a greater priority than servicing you, including refusing to text you to confirm the payment. It's always on you to call to confirm the purchase, and even then, it's possible the purchase won't happen because they don't think it's safe to approve it. While the purchases were high ticket, they weren't that high: $2100 for a laundry set. But no. They won't approve it. ugh. It's not their money, not their decision. I'm definitely moving the accounts ASAP.

Finally I went in, met Sherisse, presented my problem while adding that the sign on door suggests using opposite entrance. There was no way to connect from one building to the bank. I had to visit the bank to request a temporary card because I lost my cards and my driver's license. I tried to prove my identity with my temporary driver's license paper, and my bank account number and etc, but they wanted more from me. They asked me to show my previous state's driver's license. I explained that I no longer live there and that it was from six years ago. Why would they need my old address from another state if I have my current address in the system and my temporary driver's license? The manager looked down on me because I am deaf. The bank tellers were trying to help but didn't know how to install the temporary digital card. I had to figure out how to get the temporary digital card in my Apple Pay on my own. I feel like the manager needs DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) training on how to work with deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals. He treated me like a fraud simply because I am deaf after I asked to withdraw the cash because I need to purchase I need. This behavior is audist, period.
