When I attempted to pay my Visa card, which previously only required that I pay directly from my linked bank account, I was given a convoluted, multi-step process to make a payment. When I asked InFirst to cancel my Visa card, they advised that it would take several days. Normally, when one wants to cancel their credit card, it takes less than 5 minutes. There are plenty of great credit unions out there. This is not one.

So that's the strategy, simply don't respond to customers - this way you can keep their account inactive so you can basically steal more money in inactivity fees.
